Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の目的〕 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、発光ダイオードを用いた発光体の複
数をコンリート構築物やその材料等に埋設するに
適したひも状表示ランプに関する。
（従来の技術） 発光ダイオードを用いた発光体は、電球のよう
にフイラメントが切れたり、破損することが少い
ため種々の分野に利用されている。
たとえば特開昭59−76304には透光可能な樹脂
に一面を発光面とするように発光ダイオードを埋
設した発光体をさらにブロツク中に埋設し、この
ブロツクを道路や構築物の表示装置の一つとして
用いる技術が開示されている。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） ここに開示されているような発光体は、ブロツ
ク等に複数埋設されるのが普通であるが、一つ一
つ埋設し、これを導線で接続する作業は非常に大
変であり、また、ブロツク等の材料が電気絶縁物
でないような場合には、埋設する発光体の樹脂で
覆われていない電気的部分や接続するための導線
は電気絶縁被覆されている必要がある。
〔考案の構成〕
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本考案は、この両方を満足させ、しかも取り扱
い容易なひも状表示ランプを透光可能な樹脂の上
面が発光面となるように該樹脂に発光ダイオード
を埋設してなる発光体の複数を一定間隔毎に電気
絶縁被覆された導線で通電可能に接続するととも
に発光体の下面及び外まわりを上方一部外まわり
を残して絶縁材料で被覆し、上方一部外まわりと
絶縁材料とに段差を設けて形成することにより提
供せんとするものである。
（作用） 発光体の複数が、ひもで接続されているので発
光体が埋設される被埋設体に必要な複数を必要な
位置関係で容易に埋設することができる。
（実施例） つぎに本考案の実施例を図面に基いて説明す
る。
図面において、１は発光体、２は導線、３は絶
縁材料である。
発光体１は透光可能な樹脂１ａに上面が発光面
となりように発光ダイオード１ｂが埋設されて、
下方に必要な電気材料たとえば抵抗４、引き出し
線５を配して形成されている。
導線２は絶縁被覆されてなり、各発光体１の下
方からの引き出し線５を結び、各発光体１を連続
させる。
絶縁材料３は発光体１の下面及び外まわりを上
方一部外まわりを残して被覆し、発光体１の上方
外まわりに対して段差３ａが形成されている。
しかして、発光体１、導線２、絶縁材料３とに
よるひも状表示ランプを構成する。
このひも状表示ランプのその製作過程の一つを
以下に示す。
まず透光可能な樹脂１ａの上面が発光面となる
ように発光ダイオード１ｂが埋設され、下面に必
要な引き出し線５が配されている公知の発光体１
の複数を第３図に示すように抵抗４等とともに配
線が施され、分離用ミシン目８の付された集合基
板７にセツトし、発光体１の下面の引き出し線に
絶縁被覆された導線２を配してハンダ付けをす
る。しかるのちミシン目８にそつて個々の発光体
１を集合基板の一部７ａとともに集合基板７によ
りはずし、個々の発光体１を第４図に示すような
型枠６に第５図に示すようにさかさまに入れて、
型枠６と発光体１のすき間から絶縁用の樹脂３を
入れて被覆し、発光体１の上方一部外まわり段差
３ａを形成する。
このようにして、全体としてひも状表示ランプ
を形成する。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案は、上述のようにしてなるのでつぎの効
果を有する。
発光体を導線により接続し、全体をひも状と
したので、被埋設体に対して自由な間隔で配置
できる。
発光体を導線により接続し全体をひも状とし
たので、基板などに固定したものと異なり、柔
軟性に富み、複数の発光体を曲面や凹凸面に対
しても面一に配置できる。
電気的材料がすべて絶縁被覆してあるので、
水分を含むセメントコンクリートなどの複合材
に埋め込んでも安全である。
上方に段差を設けて絶縁材料を被覆したので
発光体の複数の上方より型枠をはめ込んで一度
で被埋設体に埋設することができる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案に係るひも状表示ランプの一例
を示す斜視図、第２図は発光体の一例を示す斜視
図、第３図、第４図及び第５図は製作過程の一例
を示す実施例図である。 図面においては、１は発光体、１ａは樹脂、１
ｂは発光ダイオード、２は導線、３は絶縁材料、
３ａは段差である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光可能な樹脂の上面が発光面となるように樹
    脂に発光ダイオードを埋設してなる発光体の複数
    を一定間隔毎に電気絶縁被覆された導線で通電可
    能に接続するとともに発光体の下面及び外まわり
    を上方一部外まわりを残し、絶縁材料で被覆し、
    上方一部外まわりと絶縁材料とに段差を形成した
    ことを特徴とするひも状表示ランプ。
