Claims (6)

1. Machine de pliage et de dépose pour la palettisation d'une bande de matière (5) défilant en continu, par exemple en caoutchouc non vulcanisé, comprenant un dispositif de guidage réglable en hauteur, comportant au moins deux rouleaux de dépose (30), ces rouleaux de dépose (30) formant un interstice actif, étant montés tournants, étant motorisés et étant fixés sur un chariot (20) ou un coulisseau déplaçable selon un mouvement de va-et-vient sur un châssis de dépose (10), et le dispositif de guidage comportant, au-dessus des rouleaux de dépose (30), des moyens de guidage avec deux rouleaux de guidage tournants (40) situés en vis-à-vis et disposés transversalement aux rouleaux de dépose (30), caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage sont conformés comme un dispositif de centrage, au moyen duquel la bande de matière (5) est apte à être entraînée en restant sur sa trajectoire médiane, en ce que les rouleaux de guidage (40) peuvent être, en position d'utilisation, appliqués chacun avec la même pression contre les lisières de la bande de matière, en ce que les rouleaux de guidage (40) ont des positions modifiables simultanément en directions opposées, sur la même course, et en ce que les rouleaux de guidage (40) sont montés tournants chacun sur un chariot à rouleaux (43) à mouvement de va-et-vient, les chariots à rouleaux (43) étant guidés dans un châssis-support (42) lié au chariot (20).
2. Machine de pliage et de dépose selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un chariot à rouleaux (43) comporte une attache (45), à laquelle est fixée une extrémité d'un vérin (41), tandis que l'autre extrémité du vérin est fixée au chariot (20) par l'intermédiaire d'une bride (46).
3. Machine de pliage et de dépose selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un câble de traction, une chaîne (48) ou similaire est lié à l'autre chariot à rouleaux (43), et est aussi raccordé à l'attache (45).
4. Machine de pliage et de dépose selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne (48) ou le câble de traction est guidé sur des galets de renvoi (49), qui sont eux-mêmes liés au châssis-support (42).
5. Machine de pliage et de dépose selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne (48) est pourvue de tendeurs de chaîne (50), dont chacun est disposé sur l'un des châssis à rouleaux (43).
6. Machine de pliage et de dépose selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pression d'application des rouleaux de guidage (40) sur la bande de matière (5) s'élève de préférence à 0,8 bar.
