Claims (7)
- Cintreuse pour tubes comportant :
un bâti de mâchine (11) s'étendant en longueur,
un chariot mobile (13), propre à se déplacer le long du bâti de machine (11), qui porte un manchon de serrage (17) fixant le tube à cintrer,
une tète de cintrage (18) disposée à une extrémité de tête du bâti de machine (11), qui est guidée de manière à se déplacer en sens vertical par rapport au bâti de machine (11) et qui porte un gabarit de cintrage (22) rotatif autour d'un axe vertical, se présentant sous forme d'un gabarit étagé à plusieurs gorges de cintrage (40, 41) disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre et présentant des diamètres différents pour différents rayons de cintrage, un déplacement relatif entre le gabarit de cintrage (22) et le bâti de machine (11) se réalisant en sens vertical pour utiliser l'une ou l'autre gorge de cintrage (40, 41) ainsi que pour l'échange des gorges de cintrage,
une glissière (25) coopérant avec le gabarit de cintrage (22),
un dispositif de serrage (24) pivotant autour de l'axe du gabarit de cintrage (22) et présentant une mâchoire mobile (42) ayant des gorges de serrage adaptées aux gorges de cintrage (40, 41) du gabarit de cintrage (22),
caractérisée en ce que le chariot mobile (13) peut se déplacer en sens horizontal, transversalement à l'extension longitudinale du bâti de machine (12),
que la bride de serrage (42) est prévue sur un levier (43) pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal (44),
et que le levier (43) s'appuie sur une face de glissement (45, 45a) s'étendant obliquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du gabarit de cintrage (22) et, lors du mouvement ascendant de la mâchoire de serrage le long des gorges de cintrage (40, 41), glisse le long de la face de glissement, de manière que les gorges de serrage se placent aux niveaux des gorges de cintrage (40, 41). - Cintreuse pour tubes suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tête de cintrage (18) constitue, avec le gabarit de cintrage (22) et son entraînement ainsi qu'avec le dispositif de serrage (24), un ensemble de construction.
- Cintreuse pour tubes suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de construction formé du gabarit de cintrage (22) et du dispositif de serrage (24) est, avec les entraînements correspondants, guidé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer verticalement sur le bâti de machine (12).
- Cintreuse pour tubes suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de construction formé du gabarit de cintrage (22) et du dispositif de serrage (24) est prévu sur un flasque vertical (27) du bâti de machine (12).
- Cintreuse pour tubes suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de construction est fixé à une poutre (26) pénétrant dans le flasque (27) du bâti de machine (12).
- Cintreuse pour tubes suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, sur le bâti de machine (12), deux guides (28, 29) cylindriques, orientés verticalement, entourés d'une poutre (26) portant l'ensemble de construction formé du gabarit de cintrage (22) et du dispositif de serrage (24) et pouvant monter et descendre au moyen d'un entraînement à cylindre et piston (32, 34) présent entre les deux guides (28, 29).
- Cintreuse pour tubes suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement à cylindre et piston (32, 34) consiste en un cylindre fermé (32) pénétrant dans la poutre (26), dans lequel est disposé le piston (34) dont la tige de piston (35) est solidaire du bâti de machine (12, 30) et que le piston (34) peut être soumis des deux côtés à une admission d'huile.
