Claims (13)
- Machine de cintrage pour cintrer des pièces oblongues, notamment des tubes ou des profilés, comprenant un bâti (20) de machine, un dispositif (30) d'avance guidé sur celui-ci en coulissant longitudinalement et un dispositif (40) de retour de mandrin, un dispositif (60) de cintrage ayant au moins un outil (65) de cintrage, dans laquelle une pince (50) de serrage recevant la au moins une pièce (11) est associée au dispositif (30) d'avance, caractérisée en ce que à la fois le dispositif (30) d'avance et le dispositif (40) de retour du mandrin sont guidés en forme de chariot dans la direction horizontale sur respectivement une voie (22) de guidage du côté avant du bâti (20) de la machine en coulissant sur son côté inférieur et sur côté supérieur et s'étendent ainsi suivant une étendue longitudinale à peu près verticale, de sorte que l'alimentation du dispositif (30) d'avance en la au moins une pièce (11), ainsi qu'également la possibilité de commande du dispositif (40) de retour du mandrin, peut s'effectuer d'une manière simple et commode pour les utilisateurs, et en ce que la pince (50) de serrage est montée réglable en hauteur du côté avant, de manière à pouvoir adapter la pièce (11) à cintrer à la position en hauteur de l'outil (65) de cintrage dans le dispositif (60) de cintrage.
- Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (30) d'avance et le dispositif (40) de retour du mandrin sont appuyés sur une piste (22) de guidage commune.
- Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (30) d'avance est entraîné du côté supérieur et du côté inférieur par au moins respectivement une roue (24') d'entraînement, les roues (24') d'entraînement pouvant être mises en rotation par respectivement un entraînement (36) indépendant et pouvant engrener dans le bâti (20) de la machine avec la voie (22) de guidage respective ayant une crémaillère (24).
- Machine de cintrage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (40) de retour du mandrin peut être couplé au dispositif (30) d'avance lors du déplacement de ce dernier en pouvant être verrouillé lors du cintrage.
- Machine de cintrage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bâti (20) de la machine est composé de plusieurs modules rangés les uns à côté des autres et est conformé de manière à ce que l'espace formé par la course du dispositif (30) d'avance ou du dispositif (40) de retour du mandrin et de manière à ce que les voies (22) de guidage puissent être fermées par une porte (16) coulissante ou par plusieurs portes (16) coulissantes, de préférence en un matériau transparent, et disposée du côté longitudinal.
- Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une armoire (17) électrique des groupes de commande de la machine ou analogues sont placés du côté arrière du bâti (20) de la machine.
- Machine de cintrage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la bâti (20) de la machine est tel que le dispositif (60) de cintrage peut être monté suivant les besoins à gauche ou à droite du côté frontal du bâti de la machine.
- Machine de cintrage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 7, comprenant un dispositif (60) de cintrage ayant au moins un outil (65) de cintrage, un bras (70) de serrage pouvant pivoter autour de cet outil (65) de cintrage et au moins une mâchoire (64) de serrage, par laquelle une pièce (11) respective peut être cintrée autour de l'outil (65) de cintrage, caractérisée en ce que
le bras (70) de serrage est constitué en forme de caisson, dans lequel un chariot (75) recevant la au moins une mâchoire (64) de serrage est guidé de manière réglable des deux côtés. - Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'étendue longitudinale du chariot (75) est dirigée verticalement et le chariot est guidé en haut et en bas de manière réglable en longueur dans des guidages (72) du bras (70) de serrage en forme de caisson.
- Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (75) et avec lui la au moins une mâchoire (64) de serrage peuvent être prépositionnés ou déplacés grossièrement par un dispositif (77) d'entraînement et, en outre, peuvent être mis en place par un dispositif (80) distinct de blocage, de manière à ce que la mâchoire (64) de serrage ou les plusieurs mâchoires (64) de serrage puisse être pressée par une force de serrage prescrite sur la pièce (11) pendant le cintrage.
- Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un axe (66) centrant l'outil (11) de cintrage est articulé aux deux extrémités au bras (70) de serrage en forme de caisson par respectivement un flasque (73, 74).
- Machine de cintrage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 7, comprenant un dispositif (60) de cintrage ayant au moins un outil (65) de cintrage, un bras (70) de serrage pouvant pivoter autour de cet outil (65) de cintrage, au moins une mâchoire (64) de serrage, par laquelle une pièce (11) respective peut être cintrée autour de l'outil (65) de cintrage, caractérisée en ce que
la au moins une mâchoire (64) de serrage peut être réglée par un dispositif (80) de blocage de manière à pouvoir être pressée sur la pièce (11) avec une force de serrage prescrite, le dispositif (80) de blocage ayant une transmission à coin. - Machine de cintrage suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la transmission comprend un premier coin (81) déplaçant la au moins une mâchoire (64) de serrage par l'intermédiaire d'un chariot (75) et un deuxième coin (82) coopérant avec le premier coin, le deuxième coin (82) pouvant être déplacé transversalement à la direction de déplacement du chariot (75) par un entraînement commandé.
