  1.     both the feed device (30) and the mandrel withdrawal device (40) are guided in the horizontal direction like a carriage on the front side of the machine stand (20) with longitudinal movement over the lower and upper side of the latter on one guide track (22) respectively, and thereby extend in an almost vertical longitudinal extension so that the charging of the feed device (30) with the at least one workpiece (11) and the operability of the mandrel withdrawal device (40) can take place easily and in a user-friendly manner, and that the collet (50) is mounted on the front side with height adjustment so that the workpiece (11) to be bent can be adapted to the height position of the bending tool (65) in the bending device (60).
  2. The bending machine according to Claim 1, characterised in that the feed device (30) and the mandrel withdrawal device (40) are supported on a common guide track (22).
  3. The bending machine according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the feed device (30) is driven on the upper and lower side with at least one drive wheel (24') respectively, the drive wheels (24') being rotatable by a respective independent drive (36) and engaging with the respective guide track (22) having a toothed rack (24) in the machine stand (20).
  4. The bending machine according to any of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the mandrel withdrawal device (20) can be coupled to the feed device (30) by adjusting the latter, but being lockable while bending.
  5. The bending machine according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the machine stand (20) is composed of a number of modules lined up next to one another and is configured such that the space formed by the travel of the feed device (30) and the mandrel withdrawal device (40) and the guide tracks (22) can be closed by one or more sliding doors (16) preferably made of transparent material and arranged along the long side.
  6. The bending machine according to Claim 5, characterised in that at least one electrical cabinet (17), machine control units or the like are positioned on the rear side of the machine stand (20).
  7. The bending machine according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the machine stand (20) is configured such that the bending device (60) can be mounted on the left or the right of the face side of the machine stand, as required.
  8. The bending machine according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 7, comprising a bending device (60) having at least one bending tool (65), comprising a clamping arm (70) that can be pivoted about this bending tool (65) and having at least one clamping jaw (64) by means of which a respective workpiece (11) can be bent around the bending tool (65), characterised in that
    the clamping arm (70) is in the form of a box in which a carriage (75) receiving the at least one clamping jaw (64) is guided adjustably on both sides.
  9. The bending machine according to Claim 8, characterised in that the carriage (75) is aligned vertically in its longitudinal extension and is guided at the top and the bottom in guides (72) of the box-shaped clamping arm (70) with longitudinal adjustment.
  10. The bending machine according to Claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the carriage (75), and with the latter the at least one clamping jaw (64), can be pre-positioned or roughly moved by a drive device (77) and additionally be activated by a separate bracing device (80) such that the one or more clamping jaws (64) can be pressed against the workpiece (11) with a pre-specified clamping force during the bending.
  11. The bending machine according to Claim 8, characterised in that an axle (66) centring the bending tool (11) is flexibly connected on both ends of a respective flange (73, 74) to the box-shaped clamping arm (70).
  12. The bending machine according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 11, comprising a bending device (60) having at least one bending tool (65), comprising a clamping arm (70) that can pivot about this bending tool (65) and having at least one clamping jaw (64) by means of which a respective workpiece (11) can be bent about the bending tool (65), characterised in that
    the at least one clamping jaw (64) can be adjusted by a bracing device (80) such that it can be pressed with a pre-specified clamping force against the workpiece (11), the bracing device (80) having a wedge gearing mechanism.
  13. The bending machine according to Claim 12, characterised in that the wedge gearing mechanism comprises a first wedge (81) adjusting the at least one clamping jaw (64) via a carriage (75) and a second wedge (82) co-operating with the latter, the second wedge (82) being moveable by a controlled drive transversely to the adjustment direction of the carriage (75).
