Abstract

Trageverpackung aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus Faltmaterial mit einer im wesentlichen quaderförmigen unteren Kastenkonstruktion, die zum Einsetzen und Entnehmen von Artikeln, insbesondere Flaschen, nur nach oben offen ist und die aus einem Boden (9), zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Längs-Seitenwänden (l,2) und zwei ebenfalls einander gegenüberliegenden Schmal-Seitenwänden (3,4) besteht, wobei die Schmal-Seitenwände nach oben zu einer Tragkonstruktion verlängert sind, die einen Tragsteg aufweist, der im wesentlichen mittig zwischen den Längs-Seitenwänden und über sowie parallel zu diesen verläuft und der etwa in seiner Mitte eine Grifföffnung (l7) hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltmaterial über die gesamte Länge des Tragstegs sowie die beiden angrenzenden Verbindungsfelder doppellagig ist und daß dieses doppellagige Faltmaterial (l2,l4,l5,l6,l8,l9,20) zumindest stellenweise (22) miteinander verklebt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trageverpackung aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus Faltmaterial mit einer im wesentlichen quaderförmigen unteren Kastenkonstruktion, die zum Einsetzen und Entnehmen von Artikeln, insbesondere Flaschen, nur nach oben offen ist und die aus einem Boden, zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Längs-Seitenwänden und zwei ebenfalls einander gegenüberliegenden Schmal-Seiten­wänden besteht, wobei die Schmal-Seitenwände nach oben zu einer Tragkonstruktion verlängert sind, die einen Tragsteg aufweist, der im wesentlichen mittig zwischen den Längs-Seitenwänden und über sowie parallel zu diesen verläuft und der etwa in seiner Mitte eine Grifföffnung hat, die in dem dort doppellagigen Faltmaterial ausgebil­det ist, wobei an die Enden des Tragsteges Verbindungs­felder angelenkt sind, die eine Verbindung des Tragsteges mit der rechten bzw. linken Seite ihrer zugehörigen Schmal-­Seitenwand ausbilden.
  • Eine derartige Trageverpackung beschreibt die deutsche Gebrauchsmusterschrift 84 30 453 der Anmelderin. Sie hat sich an und für sich bewährt, insbesondere weil sie einerseits bequem über die im Tragesteg ausgebildete Grifföffnung getragen werden kann und andererseits die in die Trageverpackung von oben eingesetzten Gegenstände, insbesondere Flaschen, leicht entnommen werden können.
  • Bei dieser vorbekannten Trageverpackung hat die Trag­konstruktion in einer Draufsicht im wesentlichen die Form einer 8. Dadurch werden die in die Schleifen dieser 8 eingesetzten Artikel zwar besonders gut geschützt, jedoch ist die Entnahme der Artikel, bedingt durch die Wände dieser Schleifen, gelegentlich problematisch. Auch leidet die Stabilität der Tragekonstruktion darunter.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tra­geverpackung der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, die sich insbesondere durch eine gute Zugänglichkeit der in der Trageverpackung befindlichen Artikel auszeichnet, verbunden mit einer hohen Stabilität der Tragekonstruktion und insbesondere des Tragsteges.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Erfindung dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß das Faltmaterial über die gesamte Länge des Tragstegs sowie die beiden angrenzenden Ver­bindungsfelder doppellagig ist und daß dieses doppellagi­ge Faltmaterial zumindest stellenweise miteinander ver­klebt ist.
  • In einer Draufsicht hat die Tragekonstruktion somit im wesentlichen die Form eines Z und die beiden erwähnten Schleifen der Tragekonstruktion kommen zum Fortfall, so daß die Artikel sowohl leicht in die Trageverpackung eingesetzt wie auch aus ihr wieder entnommen werden können. Dennoch ist die Tragekonstruktion besonders stabil, weil sie über ihre gesamte Länge doppellagig ist. Die Stabilität wird durch die Verklebung dieser beiden Lagen weiterhin erhöht. Es sei erwähnt, daß bei der bekannten Trageverpackung der Tragesteg nur in seinem mittleren Bereich doppellagig war, weil das Faltmaterial beidseits dieses mittleren Bereichs in Verlängerung der Längs-Seitenwände der Trageverpackung vorgesehen war zwecks Ausbildung der erwähnten beiden Schleifen.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungs­beispiels näher erläutert, aus dem sich weitere wichtige Merkmale ergeben. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. l - einen Zuschnitt zur Herstellung einer Trage­verpackung nach der Erfindung;
    • Fig. 2 - perspektivisch eine aus dem Zuschnitt der Fig. l aufgefaltete Trageverpackung.
  • Der in Fig. l gezeigte Zuschnitt hat zwei Längs-Seiten­wände l,2 sowie zwei Schmal-Seitenwände 3,4, die über Faltlinien 5,6,7 aneinander angelenkt sind. Über weitere Faltlinien 8 sind an die Seitenwände l,2,3,4 Bodenlaschen 9 angelenkt. Über eine weitere Faltlinie l0 ist an die Längs-Seitenwand l ein Klebefeld ll angelenkt.
  • Die bisher beschriebenen Zuschnitteile bilden eine untere Kastenkonstruktion der Trageverpackung aus. Darüber be­findet sich die Tragekonstruktion.
  • Diese besteht in der Ansicht der Fig. l von links nach rechts aus dem oberen Klebefeldes ll, das in ein erstes Tragstegfeld l2 übergeht, in dem eine Grifföffnung l3 an­gelegt ist. Daran schließt sich ein erstes Verbindungsfeld l4 an und daran wiederum ein zweites Verbindungsfeld l5. Daran schließt sich ein zweites Tragstegfeld l6 an, aus dem mittig eine Grifföffnung mit angelenkter Grifflasche l7 ausgestanzt ist. Daran schließt sich ein drittes Ver­bindungsfeld l8 an und an dieses ein viertes Verbindungs­feld l9, an das ein drittes Tragstegfeld 20 angeschlossen ist. Die Felder l2 bis 20 sind über Faltlinien 2l anein­ ander angelenkt. In den Felder l5,l8 sind Leimaufträge 22 angedeutet. Ein weiterer Leimauftrag 22 ist im Klebefeld ll durchgehend angelegt.
  • Die untere Kastenkonstruktion wird in herkömmlicher Weise kastenförmig aufgefaltet, wobei die Bodenlaschen 9 mitein­ander verklebt werden.Sie können auch über einen Klebe­streifen oder auf andere bekannte Art und Weise mitein­ander verbunden und zu der unteren Kastenkonstruktion aufgefaltet werden. Der Leimauftrag 22 des Klebefeldes ll schließt diese Kastenkonstruktion.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt, daß die in Fig. l jeweils links vorgesehenen Verlängerungen der Schmal-Seitenwände 3, 4 in Gestalt der Verbindungsfelder l5, l9 die Verbindung der Tragkonstruk­tion mit der unteren Kastenkonstruktion bewirken.
  • Diese Tragkonstruktion besteht aus doppellagigen Falt­material, wobei das Feld l8 von innen auf das Feld l9 aufgefaltet und angeklebt wird. Das Feld 20 wird außen auf das Feld l6 aufgeklebt und dort auch - über den oberen Teil des Leimauftrags im Klebefeld ll - mit dem Feld l2 verklebt.
  • In entsprechender Weise wird auf der anderen Seite der Trageverpackung das Feld l4 auf das Feld l5 gefaltet und damit verklebt, so daß die beiden Felder l2, l6 derart übereinander gefaltet werden, daß ihre Grifföffnungen l3,l7 sich decken. Durch Hindurchstecken der Grifflasche erfolgt dort eine zusätzliche Verriegelung.
  • Der Steg wird also mittels der vier Rillungen und des Leimauftrags an den beiden Stellen l5,l8 beim Aufrichten in die gewünschte Form gebracht. Gleichzeitig stabilisiert diese zusätzliche Verklebung die Tragevorrichtung.
  • Man hat nun die Möglichkeit, zwischen den Artikeln (Fla­schen) hindurch die Grifföffnung zu fassen und damit die Packung zu tragen.
  • Der Tragesteg geht von der Oberkante der Verpackung, je nach Flaschenform, bis zur Schulter der Flasche oder der anderen dort vepackten Artikel, wo die beiden Schmal­seiten je zur Hälfte mit dem restlichen Teil der Ver­packung verbunden sind.
  • Der Boden der Trageverpackung ist mit normalen Klappen, einem Bodensteckverschluß oder auch mit einem automatisch aufrichtbaren Boden ausgestattet.

Claims (1)

  1. Trageverpackung aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus Faltmaterial mit einer im wesentlichen quaderförmigen unteren Kastenkonstruktion, die zum Einsetzen und Entnehmen von Artikeln, insbesondere Flaschen, nur nach oben offen ist und die aus einem Boden (9), zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Längs-Seitenwänden (l,2) und zwei ebenfalls einander gegenüberliegenden Schmal-­Seitenwänden (3,4) besteht, wobei die Schmal-Seitenwände nach oben zu einer Tragkonstruktion verlängert sind, die einen Tragsteg aufweist, der im wesentlichen mittig zwischen den Längs-Seitenwänden und über sowie parallel zu diesen verläuft und der etwa in seiner Mitte eine Grifföffnung (l7) hat, die in dem dort doppellagigen Falt­material ausgebildet ist, wobei an den Enden des Trag­steges Verbindungsfelder (l4,l5) angelenkt sind, die eine Verbindung des Tragstegs (l2,l6) mit der rechten bzw. linken Seite ihrer zugehörigen Schmal-Seitenwand aus­bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Faltmaterial über die gesamte Länge des Trag­stegs sowie die beiden angrenzenden Verbindungsfelder doppellagig ist und daß dieses doppellagige Falt­material (l2,l4,l5,l6,l8,l9,20) zumindest stellenweise (22) miteinander verklebt ist.
