Description

The invention relates to a formwork panel for encasing concrete masses with a metal frame composed of hollow profiles, which has a shoulder that receives and supports the outer edge of a plate flush.

In a formwork panel known from DE-PS 28 48 154, the plate consists of plywood. In addition to the relatively high price, plywood has the disadvantage of swelling when moisture penetrates. In the case of heavy use, the surface of the panels will fray. Any holes that may become necessary can allow moisture to penetrate the inside of the slab, which can cause the slab to swell, so that clean concrete surfaces can no longer be reached. The properties of the plywood panels limit the life of the formwork panel, screws tear out easily and the surface often bulges in the area of the screws. Without special filling measures, the wooden panels are surface-structured, which is particularly undesirable in the production of exposed concrete.

From EP-A-0 146 844 and LU-A-66 654 it is known to manufacture switchboards from plastic. These known formwork panels have no circumferential metal frame, so that despite the possible use of stiffening inserts, they are relatively flexible and therefore the formwork panels have to be supported many times during use, which is very complex for the installation of the formwork. From LU-A-66 654 it is also known to provide channels running parallel to one another and at a distance from the surfaces, in which reinforcing bars are at least partially inserted. These channels have a square cross section. When loaded, high stress peaks occur in the corner areas, which lead to the formation of cracks in the plastic, combined with the disadvantage that water can then penetrate through these cracks and destroy the panels.

From EP-A3-146 844 it is known to reinforce the plastic with fabrics or fibers. These known plastic sheets are manufactured by pressing, which requires complicated and relatively expensive forms and in particular large, powerful presses.

In avoiding the disadvantages described, the present invention is based on the object of designing a formwork panel of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that a form-stable formwork panel of high load-bearing capacity is obtained with relatively simple tools.

To achieve this object, the invention provides that the plate is made of plastic, preferably PVC, that the plastic is reinforced by natural fibers, mineral fibers, glass fibers and / or metal fibers in the form of threads, pieces of thread, fabrics, pieces of tissue and / or fleece, wherein the length of the thread pieces is between about five and fifteen millimeters, further that the plate has channels parallel to one another and at a distance from the surface of the plate, that these channels have approximately a circular or elliptical cross section, and that reinforcing bars are present in at least some of the channels are provided and that the plate is composed of plate strips and that these plate strips are produced by extrusion, that the plate strips also have cross-sectional projections and recesses for a tongue and groove or dovetail connection of the plate strips.

An increase in the bending strength and thus the possible resilience can be achieved in that the fleece or fabric is embedded in the plastic near the surface of the plate.

Because the fiber or fabric chips are mixed into the plastic and the plates are produced by extrusion, there is a certain alignment of the fibers or Springs during extrusion, so that the mechanical properties of the plates in the direction of the extrusion are different than in the transverse direction. To compensate for this, the fabrics could have fewer or thinner springs or wires in the direction of extrusion than transversely to them, in order to achieve symmetrical properties again, while maintaining the particularly favorable extrusion process.

The surfaces of the plates can advantageously be provided with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) in order to make it easier to remove formwork and to clean the formwork panels.

The plates are preferably symmetrical to their central plane, so that a further increase in the service life can be achieved by turning the plates. The panel thickness can be kept small with a low weight if the frames consist of a honing profile, whereby a clean concrete surface without an edge impression can be achieved if the hollow profile has a shoulder through which the outer edge of the panel is received flush. This also ensures particularly good protection of the softer plate edge against damage.

In den beigefügten Zeichnungen zeigtFurther designs according to the invention can be found in the subclaims and their advantages are explained in more detail in the description below. In the accompanying drawings

Figur 1 einen Teilschnitt durch eine Schaltafel1 shows a partial section through a formwork panel

Figures 2 partial sections through different versions to 6 of panels of the formwork panel.

The panel 1 shown in Figure 1 in partial cross section consists of a metal frame 2, a hollow profile 3, which has a shoulder 4, in which a plate 5 is inserted flush with its surface 6. The outer edge 7 of the plate 5 lies tightly against the projection 8 of the shoulder 4, the shoulder 4 being formed somewhat downward and laterally to form an L-shaped free space 9 to bridge any tolerances. The thickness of the plate 5 corresponds to the height of the projection 8, so that the surface 6ʹ at least fully rests on the edge region 10 of the heel.

The plate 5 itself is fastened in a known manner to cross struts, not shown, of the metal frame 2 by means of screws.

The plate 5 shown in Figure 1 is made of plastic, namely PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Fibers 11 are mixed into the plastic, for example textile fibers, glass fibers or to increase the strength particularly carbon fibers, in order to increase the service life in the case of continuous use. However, metal fibers or threads can also be used.

To facilitate the manufacture of the sheets 5 by extrusion, the fibers or threads have a limited length between about 5 and 15 mm, which have resulted in an optimum between workability and strength increase.

To further increase the load-bearing capacity of the plates 5, glass fibers or metal wires can also be embedded close to the surfaces 6, 6ʹ, fabric 12 made of textile materials, as shown in Figure 2.

When the plates 5 are produced by extrusion, there is a certain alignment of the fibers embedded in the material, so that when the plates are loaded, the deformation depends on the direction of extrusion. In order to achieve the same bending deformations in all directions when loading the plate, asymmetrical fabrics can be used in which more threads are provided transversely to the direction of extrusion than in the direction of extrusion, as is indicated in FIG. 3. Here there are two weft threads on each warp thread. Compensation can also be achieved by using different thread or wire sizes.

To save material and weight, parallel channels are provided in the interior of the plate in the direction of extrusion, as indicated in FIG. The channels 13 can have a circular cross section or, as shown, an elliptical cross section. To increase the bending stiffness 13 reinforcing struts 14 in the form of metal rods or in individual or all channels Tubes used. The reinforcing struts 14 can also be made of glass fiber reinforced material.

In order to rationally produce formwork panels 1 of different dimensions, the panel 5 is advantageously composed of panel strips 15. These have on their long sides on the one hand a projection 16 and on the other hand a recess 17, for example. As shown in Figure 4 in dovetail shape or as shown in Figure 5 in the form of a tongue 16ʹ and a groove 17ʹ.

However, the connection can also be formed according to FIG. 6 by two longitudinal grooves 18 and an inserted material strip 19 which is approximately rectangular in cross section.

To improve the connection, the spring 16ʹ can be glued to the groove 17ʹ or the material strip 19 in the longitudinal grooves 18.

To facilitate the formwork removal and cleaning, the surfaces 6, 6ʹ can be provided with a Teflon coating, so that no formwork oil has to be used.

The hardness of the plastic material is set so that 5 nails or screws can be driven into the plates.
