Dispositif déflecteur (8), c'est-à-dire dispositif de déploiement (8), pour battants (3) de fenêtre (1) ou pour vantaux (3) de portes (1) ou encore pour panneaux d'autres éléments de fermeture de baies du même genre, en particulier pour battants de fenêtres ou pour vantaux de portes ou encore pour panneaux d'autres éléments de fermeture de baies du même genre à la fois à ouverture de type classique, c'est-à-dire à ouverture par rotation sur un axe vertical latéral, et à ouverture de type à soufflet, c'est-à-dire à ouverture par basculement sur l'axe horizontal inférieur, dispositif de déploiement dans le cas duquel au moins un bras à déploiement (16) attaque, d'une part, par l'une de ses extrémités, le dormant (2) de la fenêtre ou le bâti (2) de la porte ou encore le dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, et attaque, d'autre part, par son autre extrémité, le battant (3) de la fenêtre ou le vantail (3) de la porte ou encore le panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, dispositif de déploiement dans le cas duquel, en outre, l'une des extrémités du bras à déploiement précité (16) est maintenue dans un palier (7) de façon à pouvoir uniquement pivoter, tandis que l'autre extrémité (17) de ce bras à déploiement est en engagement avec un guidage à glissement (18) de façon à pouvoir pivoter et à pouvoir également être déplacée par glissement, le bras à déploiement (16) pouvant être déplacé sous l'effet du mouvement d'ouverture du battant (3) de la fenêtre (1) entre ce battant et le dormant (2) ou sous l'effet du mouvement d'ouverture du vantail (3) de la porte (1) entre ce vantail et le bâti (2) ou encore sous l'effet du mouvement d'ouverture du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit entre ce panneau et le dormant, de telle manière que ce bras à déploiement (16) puisse être déplacé pour quitter une position de parallélisme par rapport aux plans du battant et du dormant ou du vantail et du bâti ou encore du panneau et du dormant et passer à une position d'obliquité par rapport à ces plans, et l'extrémité (17) du bras à déploiement (16) qui peut pivoter et glisser par rapport au guidage à glissement (18) pouvant être fixée automatiquement, au moins dans une position déterminée au préalable, afin que le battant (3) ou le vantail (3) ou le panneau ne puisse se fermer de façon intempestive, à l'intervention d'un dispositif d'arrêt à ressort (22) comportant un ressort (37) qui est maintenu fixe par l'une (27a) de ses parties tandis que son autre partie (27b, 27c), qui peut se donner par élasticité, est tournée par une face transversalement par rapport au plan principal du bras à déploiement (16) et du guidage à glissement (18, 23) et peut être déplacée par rapport à un bossage d'arrêt (18a, 16c) prévu fixe sur le bras à déploiement ou formé sur celui-ci, le dispositif à déploiement étant caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt à ressort (22) comporte un ressort à plusieurs branches (27) qui se présente à peu près en forme de J dans le sens de son plan longitudinal médian et qui se trouve dans la zone d'écartement (26) comprise entre le plan de glissement du bras à déploiement (16) qui est parallèle au plan principal et le plan de glissement du guidage à glissement (18) qui est parallèle au plan principal, et en ce que, de plus, la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) qui relie l'une à l'autre les deux autres branches (27a et 27b) du ressort à plusieurs branches (27) s'écarte de la branche (27a) du ressort à plusieurs branches (27) an formant un angle aigu par rapport à cette branche, tandis que cette branche intermédiaire de laison forme un angle obtus avec l'autre (27b) des deux branches précitées du ressort à plusieurs branches.
2. Dispositif de déploiement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressort à plusieurs branches (27) est constitué par une lame de ressort dont la largeur est déterminée en fonction de la largeur du bras à déploiement (16) et/ou en fonction de la largeur du guidage à glissement (18) correspondant à ce bras à déploiement.

Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu que le ressort à plusieurs branches (27) soit relié (16a, 27d; 16b, 27c) au bras à déploiement (16) à distance de l'extrémité de celui-ci qui peut pivoter et qui peut glisser dans le guidage à glissement (18, 23), alors que le bossage d'arrêt (18a) se trouvera sur le guidage à glissement (18).

Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) qui relie l'une à l'autre les deux autres branches du ressort à plusieurs branches (27) s'écarte de la branche maintenue fixée (27a) de ce ressort en formant avec elle un angle aigu d'environ 30° alors qu'avec l'autre (27b) des deux branches précitées du ressort, cette branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) formera un angle obtus d'environ 120°.

Dispositif de déploiement suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la branche la plus courte (27b) des deux branches du ressort à plusieurs branches (27) reliées par la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) et une partie de cette branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) du ressort à plusieurs branches (27) sont munies d'une plaque d'appui (28), plaque d'appui faite par exemple d'une matière synthétique pouvant résister à l'usure, à la face tournée vers le guidage à glissement (18).

Dispositif de déploiement suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'appui (28) est en engagement, par une saillie de fixation (28c) dont elle sera munie, avec un creux (27f) prévu dans la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) du ressort à plusieurs branches (27) et en ce qu'à la suite de l'endroit où se trouve cette saillie de fixation, elle prend appui sur la face postérieure de la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) du ressort par une languette de contre-support (28d) dont l'extrémité libre (28c) s'avance dans la zone de transition (279) avec la branche la plus longue (27a) du ressort à plusieurs branches (27).

Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort à plusieurs branches (27) est muni, à sa branche la plus longue (27a) de crochets faisant ressort (27d) faisant saillie au-dessus de la face d'application et d'appui de cette branche la plus longue, crochets faisant ressort qui peuvent s'accrocher par élasticité de ressort dans des évidements (16a) prévus dans le bras à déploiement (16) du dispositif de déploiement.

Dispositif de déploiement suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à distance des crochets faisant ressort (27d) prévus sur la branche la plus longue (27a) du ressort à plusieurs branches (27), il est prévu un bouton ou une protubérance (27e) qui peut s'engager sous tension préalable, comme moyen de sécurité contre la torsion, dans un creux ou dans un trou (16b) formé dans le bras à déploiement (16).
9. Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le bossage d'arrêt (18a) est formé par une partie coudée qui fait suite à l'extrémité postérieure du guidage à glissement (18).
10. Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt à ressort comporte deux ressorts à plusieurs branches (27) se présentant à peu près en forme de J dans le sens de leur plan longitudinal médian, ressorts qui sont prévus de façon symétrique par rapport à un plan transversal commun.
11. Dispositif de déploiement suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les deux ressorts à plusieurs branches (27) comportent une longue branche (27a) qui leur est commune.
12. Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu que les branches les plus courtes (27b) des deux ressorts à plusieurs branches (27) se trouvent aux côtés opposés l'un à l'autre du plan transversal commun (figure 8).
13. Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que les branches les plus courtes (27b) des deux ressorts à plusieurs branches (27) dépassent à partir des côtés opposés le plan transversal et s'avancent jusque dans la zone de transition de la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) de l'un et de l'autre des ressorts à plusieurs branches (27), et en ce que dans ce cas, les zones d'action des deux branches les plus courtes (27b) se chevauchent mutuellement.
14. Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que les branches les plus courtes (27b) des deux ressorts à plusieurs branches (27) dépassent à partir des côtés opposés le plan transversal et s'avancent jusque dans la zone de transition de la branche intermédiaire de liaison (27c) de l'un et de l'autre des ressorts à plusieurs branches (27), auquel cas elles sont entaillées de façon alternative afin que les zones d'action des deux branches les plus courtes (27b) se trouvent l'une à côté de l'autre avec décalage latéral de l'une par rapport à l'autre.
15. Dispositif de déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le bossage d'arrêt (18a) peut être réglé, de façon à pouvoir être au choix mis en position d'action et amené à quitter la position d'action, à l'intervention d'un dispositif de réglage, en particulier à l'intervention d'une ferrure à tige active ou tige de commande (11), par rapport au guidage à glissement (18) et par rapport au ressort à plusieurs branches (27).
