Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif déflecteur d'un battant, en particulier pour fenêtres et dispositifs de ventilation, comprenant un mécanisme de réglage avec lequel le battant (2) est ouvert dans une position de ventilation et qui peut être refermé à partir de cette position, un mécanisme de verrouillage (6) en liaison opérationnelle avec ce mécanisme de réglage étant prévu, au moyen duquel un verrouillage peut être réalisé avec au moins un point de verrouillage, qui verrouille le battant (2) à un cadre (3) fixe et le mécanisme de réglage possédant un mécanisme de poussée (5) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du battant (2) et pour l'actionnement du mécanisme de verrouillage (6), caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de poussée (5) est en liaison opérationnelle avec un arrêtoir (18), au moyen de laquelle le mouvement de levée (9) du mécanisme de poussée (5) est blocable par rapport au battant (2), lequel arrêtoir (18) comporte un premier élément mobile (19, 27), lequel interagit avec un deuxième élément mobile (24, 31), lequel est mobile de façon bloquante sur la trajectoire du mouvement de levée (9) du mécanisme de poussée (5), le premier élément mobile (19, 27) étant formé et ordonné de telle façon que, par un mouvement de fermeture du battant (2), il se trouve au niveau d'une butée (25) du cadre (3) fixe et est ainsi mobile sur une position pour laquelle le blocage est supprimé, dans lequel le deuxième élément mobile (24, 31) est libéré de telle sorte qu'il est mobile sur la trajectoire du mouvement de levée (9) du mécanisme de poussée (5).

  6. Dispositif déflecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 - 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément mobile (24, 31) comporte une section circulaire et est, par ex., une bille ou un rouleau.
  7. Dispositif déflecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 - 6, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément mobile (19, 27) comporte un logement (23, 30) pour l'accueil du deuxième élément mobile (24, 31), par ex. une bille.
  8. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le logement (23, 30) est un évidemment ou une encoche dans le premier élément mobile (19).
  9. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le logement (23, 30) pour le deuxième élément mobile (24, 31), par ex. une bille, est ordonné du côté situé au niveau du mécanisme de poussée (5) du premier élément mobile (19, 27).

Dispositif déflecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 - 12, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de poussée (5) comporte une courbure (26), par ex. à son extrémité, laquelle est formée et orientée de telle façon que, grâce à elle, le deuxième élément mobile (24, 31) est librement mobile hors de la trajectoire du mouvement de levée (9) du mécanisme de poussée (5) en direction du premier élément mobile (19, 27).
