Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Ventilated facade cladding is important both for new buildings and for the renovation of old buildings. It can be combined with the advantages of an external insulation protected by the curtain wall with free steam extraction.
  • the device with which the facade panels are attached to the building should have sufficient adjustability to avoid jamming, be load-resistant, meet norms and standards and also be economically advantageous .
  • the resultant mentioned in the building goes through an extension of the fastening center that is vertical to the wall and is therefore within the tolerable deviation range, without which nothing works on the building anyway.
  • the console and the cantilever arm can only be fixed in the set position by means of additional measures and can finally be connected to one another. As such measure, not unproblematic actions are mentioned on the building, such as the bending of the connecting parts, or their additional connection by drilling screws and rivets.
  • the invention has for its object to avoid the disadvantages of the known devices.
  • a device of the type mentioned at the outset should be created which has sufficient and simple adjustability, simple assembly and mechanical resistance and is economically advantageous.
  • the screw bolt holds the bracket and the cantilever arm together and also allows the mutual pivoting of these parts to be self-locking. So you don't need additional fixatives. After attaching the bracket together with the cantilever preassembled thereon, it is possible to compensate for deviations in the cantilever pivot position caused by construction tolerances by simply turning the screw. This can even happen if the rails for plate fastening are already installed and their mutual distance regulation seems necessary. This is possible even during panel mounting. You don't have to loosen or even loosen connections, as is otherwise the case.
  • the pivot axis is very close to the stop surface and, under certain conditions, even in the stop surface itself or behind it, with the bolt being further away from the stop surface than the swivel axis, power transmission is possible vertically to the general plane of a wall, even if the console should not lie in this plane due to local unevenness .
  • a lockable sliding connection is preferably used between the cantilever arm and an extension (which can be part of a fastening rail for attaching the facade panels). If the sliding connection is preferably further away from the abutment surface of the bracket than the screw bolt, a length adjustment to the direction of the power transmission to the structure has no influence.
  • the extension relative to the cantilever arm can preferably be pivoted in a plane parallel to said pivot axis when the sliding connection is released, in the region of the sliding connection itself; the swivel position can be fixed by tightening the sliding joint. This is possible in practically all stages of assembly without influencing the swivel position around the swivel axis between the cantilever arm and the bracket.
  • An embodiment is preferred in which two legs protrude on the side of the console facing away from the stop surface, between which the pivot axis and the cantilever arm are arranged.
  • the screw bolt passes through both legs in a threadless opening and runs in a threaded hole in the cantilever arm, being axially immovable but rotatable on the legs. This is a mechanically safe and easy connection between console and cantilever with easy self-locking adjustability of the swivel range.
  • the axial support of the screw bolt with respect to the two legs can be provided on the one hand by its head and on the other hand by a nut secured against rotation on it. It is sufficient if the nut is designed to be self-locking if the force to turn the nut on the screw bolt is greater than the force required to turn the screw bolt. Then the connection can be released at the bolt, if this would be desirable in exceptional cases on the building. If such a releasability is not targeted, the nut can be “glued”, riveted or even replaced by a rivet head on the bolt.
  • the fastening openings (for the passage of fastening screws, for screwing the bracket to the structure) can also be arranged inexpensively at your own discretion.
  • Consoles can be manufactured very cheaply by cutting off an appropriately designed extruded profile. Then it is advantageous to connect the two legs only in the vicinity of the pivot axis.
  • one end of the cantilever arm sits in a quasi-cutting manner in a bearing point arranged more or less exactly in the pivot axis between the legs of the console.
  • the pivot axis can be moved very close to the stop surface without the stop surface needing bulges on the wall side.
  • bracket When the bracket is manufactured in one piece in the manner just described, it is advantageous to arrange one of two fastening openings (for the passage of screws, for screwing the bracket onto the structure) in a lateral extension of the profile next to each of the legs.
  • the console In a further preferred two-piece manufacture of the console, it can be put together from two different sections of two different extruded profiles and locked together by deformation.
  • the one basic profile can be C-shaped in section and have the two fastening openings for the passage of fastening screws, by means of which the entire bracket can be screwed to the structure.
  • the other profile can serve as a cantilever beam and have the two legs. It can be inserted between the fastening openings in the C-profile and fixed or locked in place by means of deformations. It offers great stability at extrusion costs.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 show: 1 wall (building). 10 dowel holes in 1. 11 dowels in 10. 12 mounting screws in 11. 2 console, first embodiment, according to FIGS. 1 to 3; this preferably extruded, one-piece embodiment is shown in full in FIGS. 1 to 3; differently running lines of a cast variant are only indicated in FIG. 2 by dash-double-dotted lines.
  • 20 stop surface of 2. 21 legs of 2. 210 holes in 2 for passage of 4; these holes are elongated to 21 and threadless. 211 ends of 21. 22 extensions for 220 in the preferably extruded embodiment. 220 mounting holes in 22 for the passage of 12. 23 pivot bearings for 3; practically located in 5 and as close as possible to or in 20.
  • Dowel holes 10 with dowels 11 are provided in a wall 1. Fastening screws 12 extending transversely to the pivot axis 5 pass through fastening openings 220 in extensions 22 of a bracket 2 and fasten them to the wall 1 (FIG. 1).
  • extensions 22 and their fastening openings 220 are arranged in a plane lying transversely to the pivot axis 5, which is indicated in FIG. 2, the extensions 25 and their fastening openings 250 are in a parallel in a variant indicated only by double-dotted lines in FIG. 2 to the pivot axis 5 extending plane (not shown).
  • the legs 21 are connected by connections 24 reaching to the leg ends 210, which makes the whole more rigid.
  • the console can advantageously consist of light metal, the extended embodiment being extruded and the dash-double-dotted pourable.
  • the abutment surface 20 lies against the wall 1.
  • the console 2 has, between two legs 21, a pivot bearing 23 which is concentric with the vertical pivot axis 5 and in which the pivot bearing end 30 of the console 3 is mounted.
  • Each leg 21 has a non-threaded through opening 210 for the screw bolt 4 running in a threaded bore 31 of the cantilever arm, which is axially supported on one leg 21 with its head 40 and on the other with the nut 41 secured on it on the outside.
  • the cantilever arm 3 in the pivot bearing 23 can be pivoted about the vertical pivot axis 5 by rotating the screw bolt 4, thereby making the inclined position of the console 2 can compensate.
  • the sliding joint 32 between the cantilever arm 3 and the extension 6 connected to a fastening rail offers other adjustment options, where the distance of the facade panels 7 from the wall 1 and a certain inclination adjustment about a horizontal axis can be achieved.
  • FIGS. 3 + 4 show: 2000 console, second embodiment, according to FIGS. 3 + 4; consisting of two parts 2001 and 2002.
  • 2001 basic body from 2000; C-shaped in section and forming a holding groove narrowed at its opening as a holding element for the holder from 2002.
  • 2020 abutment area from 2000; trained at 2001.
  • 2220 fastening openings in 2001 for the passage of the fastening screws, not shown here, which would be arranged analogously to the screws 12 in FIG. 1.
  • 2002 cantilever bracket from 2000; inserted in Garut from 2001. 2223 stopped in 2002; for intervention in 2222. 2021 legs from 2000; trained at 2002.
  • 2005 swivel axis.
  • the console 2000 of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 could, as is shown for the console 2 of the first embodiment in FIG. 1, on a wall with fastening screws running transversely to the pivot axis 2005, which fastening openings 2220 in the base body 2001 would be secured.
  • the console 2000 consists of two sections of extruded profiles, namely the main body 2001 and the cantilever bracket 2002.
  • the base body 2001 is essentially C-shaped and has a longitudinal holding groove 2222, into which the holding end 2223 of the cantilever holder 2002 is inserted. So that the two parts 2001 and 2002 no longer shift from one another, it is sufficient to apply corresponding (not shown) deformations to the base body 2001, which could have the form of dents, notches, pawls and the like.
  • This console 2000 can also advantageously consist of light metal.
  • the stop surface 2020 lies on the wall.
  • the console 2000 has two legs 2021 on the cantilever bracket, between which the pivot axis 2005, which is vertical in the assembled state, runs eccentrically in the pivot bearing 2023, which has a gap 2123 on its side facing the bolt 2004.
  • the bearing body 2030 is guided neatly between the bearing base 2124 and the bearing cover 2125.
  • Each leg 2021 has a threadless through opening 2210 for the screw bolt 2004 running in a threaded bore 2031 of the cantilever arm 2003, which is axially supported on one leg 2021 with its head 2040 and on the other with the nut 2041 secured on it on the outside.
  • console 2000 If, due to unevenness in the wall (not shown in the drawing), the console 2000 would be at an angle, you can turn the cantilever arm 2003 in the pivot bearing 2023 about the vertical pivot axis 2005 in the assembled state by turning the screw bolt 2004, thereby reducing the inclined position the console 2000 can compensate.
