Claims (10)

1. Dispositif (1) pour empaqueter ou enrouler des objets allongés (59), par exemple des câbles, au moyen de tuban adhésif (5) comportant une roue de bobinage (13) cylindrique creuse entraînée radialement, comportant une ouverture (12) en forme de segment et qui est pourvue à l'intérieur de la roue de bobinaux (13) d'un dispositif d'appui de la bande (21) tournant avec elle dans lequel l'organe de réception de ruban adhésif (3) et la roue de bobinage (13) sont disposés de façon à se trouver dans le même plan, l'organe de réception de ruban adhésif (3) comportant, pour la formation de boucles du ruban adhésif (5), un dispositif (48) pour des déplacements relatifs par rapport à une roue de renvoi (6), caractérisé en qu'entre l'organe de réception de ruban adhésif (3) et la roue de bobinage (13), au moins une roue de renvoi (6) à roue libre dans le sens de transport du ruban adhésif (5) es prévue et lequel communique par la face adhésive (17) avec la roue de renvoi (6).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde roue (9) à roue libre est prévue dans la direction de transport du ruban adhésif (5) et est placée près d'un dispositif (14) déstiné à maintenir le début d'un ruban adhésif en état de disponibilité.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue de renvoi (6) comporte radialement une surface de rugosité uniforme.
4. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de réception de ruban adhésif (3) comporte un dispositif de réglage de friction (53) pour un mandrin de bobinage (4).

Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui de ruban (21) comporte deux éléments d'appui diamétralement opposés (22, 23) qui sont reliés chacun à une extrémité parallélement à la périphérie de l'ouverture (12), intérieurement, à une articulation (24, 25) et convergent en V et sont soumises, à l'autre extrémité, à la tension réciproque de ressorts (26, 27).

Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui de ruban (21) comporte deux ressort à ruban (65, 66) qui sont reliés chacun à leur bord de flexion (67, 68) parallèlement à la périphérie de l'ouverture (12), intérieurement, à une articulation (24, 25), les branches opposées (69, 70) des ressorts à ruban (65, 66) convergeant en V et étant soumises à une tension élastique réciproque à l'autre extrémité desdites branches (69, 70).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les branches (69, 70) des ressorts à ruban (65, 66) comportent des fentes (71) parallèles du côté de leurs extrémités libres.
8. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des renven- dications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit des deux côtés de la roue de bobinage (13) une butée (54, 55) disposée coaxialement qui est conformée de façon à etre mobile radialement par rapport à la roue de bobinage (13).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la butée (54, 55) est réalisée sous la forme d'un commutateur (56) pour la rotation de la roue de bobinage (13).
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour retenir l'éxtrémité du ruban, on prévoit un guide d'appui (15) qui comporte une surface de contact (16) étroite pour la face adhésive (17) du ruban (5).
