Claims (3)
- Appareil de nettoyage de surface pour le dépoussiérage de corps solides, notamment pour le prénettoyage de surfaces avant la peinture, l'appareil comportant une buse d'air de soufflage, une buse d'air aspiré et un dispositif d'ionisation, ce dispositif d'ionisation (7) étant associé à la buse d'air de soufflage de manière qu'il produise des ions dans le jet d'air délivré par la buse d'air de soufflage pour la neutralisation de particules de poussière chargées électrostatiquement, caractérisé par le fait:(a) que le dispositif d'ionisation (7) est disposé à l'intérieur de la buse d'air de soufflage (1) et en amont d'une fente de soufflage linéaire (2) de la buse, laquelle fente de soufflage (2) présente un écartement d'au plus 0,5 mm et est située sur la face inférieure de l'appareil à une distance d'une fente d'aspiration (4) de la buse d'air aspiré (3), que la buse d'air de soufflage et la fente de soufflage sont dimensionnées et disposées le tout de manière qu'elles puissent délivrer un jet laminaire plat d'air ionisé, obliquement sur une surface à nettoyer et en direction de la fente d'aspiration, que la fente d'aspiration linéaire (4) est disposée à une faible distance (X) devant la fente de soufflage (2) de telle manière que le jet d'air laminaire puisse balayer vigoureusement la surface à nettoyer avec un écoulement laminaire à haute vitesse afin de détacher des particules y présentes et de les aspirer ensuite par la fente d'aspiration (4) de la buse d'air aspiré (3) et(b) qu'au moins une chicane (5; 25), de préférence sous forme d'une brosse, est prévue et associée à la fente d'aspiration (4) en faisant saillie de l'appareil avec une hauteur prédéterminée (H) par rapport à celle-ci et sert à assurer l'écart désiré entre l'appareil et la surface à nettoyer, afin de délimiter ainsi une fente courte étroite pour ledit jet d'air laminaire et à la fois d'éviter dans une large mesure l'aspiration d'air ambiant.
- Appareil de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la chicane (5; 25) est une brosse plate à hauteur réglable (H).
- Appareil de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un boîtier (14) avec une poignée (15) dans lesquels sont incorporées et juxtaposées d'une part la buse d'air de soufflage (1) avec le dispositif d'ionisation (7) conjointement avec un canal d'air de soufflage incorporé (9) avec des moyens (10, 11) de raccordement d'un tuyau flexible d'amenée d'air à basse pression et d'autre part la buse d'air aspiré (3) conjointement avec un canal d'aspiration incorporé (12) avec des moyens de raccordement (13, 14) d'un autre tuyau flexible pour l'évacuation de l'air aspiré.
