Claims (15)

1. Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le rail de montage et de support (8) monté côté dormant est muni, au moins dans la zone de l'articulation à pivotement (3') de la biellette la plus courte (6) d'une broche à emboîtement (30) en affleurement avec cette biellette, broche destinée à se trouver en engagement dans un passage prévu côté dormant.

Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce coudée (26) du rail de retenue (9) monté côté battant de fenêtre ou côté vantail de porte est munie, au moins aux extremités des deux ailes (26' et 26") de saillies profilées (31 31 ") dirigées vers l'intérieur qui s'engagent par adaptation de formes dans une rainure profilée à décalage prévue à la face périphérique de la feuillure du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail de la porte.

Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement. suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de verrouillage (27) prévue côté battant de fenêtre ou côté vantail de porte et la prise de verrouillage (29) prévue côté dormant portent des pièces en coin (33', 32') qui se placent l'une à l'arrière de l'autre lorsque le battant (2) de la fenêtre ou le vantail (2) de la porte se trouve en position de fermeture et qui presentent, comme moyens de sécurité contre l'écartement pour le battant (2) ou pour le vantail (2) ayant basculé, des faces d'appui (34) dirigées transversalement par rapport aux axes des articulations à pivotement.
12. Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le centre (18) des faces d'appui sphériques (13, 15 et 16, 17) se trouve à l'intérieur du plan de la biellette (6) (figures 4 à 6 et 10).
13. Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le rail de retenue (9) monté côté battant de fenêtre ou côté vantail de porte est guidé sur une barre de retenue (35) avec possibilité de déplacement dans le sens longitudinal dans une mesure limitée et en ce qu'il est, à son extrémité postérieure, en liaison de réglage avec la barre de retenue (35) par un élément fileté (40), la barre de retenue (35) étant fixée dans la partie de section transversale étroite d'une rainure profilée à décalage prévue à la face périphérique de la feuillure du battant (2) de la fenêtre ou du vantail (2) de la porte, alors que le rail de retenue (9) se trouve dans la partie de section transversale la plus large de cette rainure profilée.

Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que tant le rail de retenue (9) que la barre de retenue (35) sont formés d'une pièce coudée (26, 26', 26" et 35, 35', 35") et en ce que l'élément fileté (40) a son siège et / ou son contre-appui dans les ailes verticales (26" et 35") des deux pièces coudées ainsi prévues.

Dispositif d'ouverture compas ou ouverture à déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce que la barre de retenue (35) peut être assujettie à l'aide de plusieurs vis de fixation (36) au battant (2) de la fenêtre ou au vantail (2) de la porte, tandis que le rail de retenue (9) est accouplé, de façon défaisable, à la barre de retenue (35) au moyen de vis de serrage (37) traversant des fentes longitudinales ou boutonnières (38).
