Claims (5)

1. Mélangeur comportant un réservoir cylindrique dans lequel est agencé un ensemble mélangeur (6) pouvant être entraîné en rotation, ainsi qu'un broyeur Carr (15) qui comporte un moteur (17) situé en-dehors du réservoir (1) ainsi qu'un rotor (26) pouvant être entraîné en rotation en étant relié à ce moteur et entouré au moins partiellement en tangentiellement par un stator (22), ce dernier présentant des points (24) agencées sensiblement concentriquement à l'axe (21) du rotor (26) qui est logé à l'intérieur de ces pointes et qui est pourvu d'éléments délimitant une fente de broyage (33) par rapport aux pointes (24), mélangeur caractérisé en ce que les éléments du rotor (26) délimitant une fente de broyage par rapport aux pointes (24) du stator (22), ne sont constitués que par des pales (28, 28', 28", 28"') qui s'étendent sensiblement radialement à l'axe (21) du rotor, qui sont agencées sur un moyeu (27) entraîné par le moteur (17), et dont les extrémités radialement externes (29, 29') présentent une arête de coupe (32), en ce que les pointes (24) du stator (22) présentent chacune au moins une arête (31) associée aux extrémités radialement externes (29,29') des pales (28, 28', 28", 28"'), et en ce que le rotor (26) est réalisé sous forme ouverte à l'intérieur du stator, entre le moyeu (27) et les extrémités (29, 29') des pales (28, 28', 28", 28"'), entre ces dernières.
2. Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes mélangeurs (10) du mélangeur, peuvent se déplacer, au moins partiellement, entre la paroi (12) du réservoir (1) du mélangeur d'une part, et le rotor (26) et le stator (22) d'autre part.
3. Mélangeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les pales (28') sont pratiquement planes et disposées dans un plan contenant l'axe (21) du rotor (26), et s'étendent sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe (21) du rotor (26).
4. Mélangeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités radialement externes (29) des pales (28") sont repliées vers l'arrière, par rapport au sens de rotation (30) du rotor (26).
5. Mélangeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités radialement externes des pales (28"') sont inclinées par rapport à un plan contenant l'axe (21) du rotor (26).
