Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Palettenbehälter aus Schwerwellpappe in Form einer Faltschachtel mit verklebtem und/oder verheftetem Schnittrand -Fabrikkante -zur Bildung des Schachtelwandrings und am Unterrand angefalzten Bodenklappen sowie aufsetzbarem Stülpdeckel als stapelbare Großverpackung, insbes. für Schüttgut, wofür am Oberrand der Seitenwände über einen Doppelfalz angeschnittene Wandlappen zum Umlegen als jeweilige Innenwand vorgesehen und an den umlegbaren Wandlappen zum Einbringen im unteren Teil Querrillen vorgesehen sein können, sofern die Behälterhöhe größer ist als dessen Breite.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Palettenbehälter aus Schwerwellpappe in Form einer Faltschachtel mit verklebtem und/oder verheftetem Schnittrand - Fabrikkante -zur Bildung des Schachtelwandrings und am Unterrand angefalzten Bodenklappen sowie aufsetzbarem Stülpdeckel als stapelbare Großverpackung, insbes. für Schüttgut.
  • Solche Palettenbehälter werden bisher als Faltringe gebildet mit ein oder zwei einsetzbaren Ringeinlagen und aufsetzbarem Stüipdeckel als Boden und Deckel. Dies erfordert vier bis fünf Einzelpappe-Zuschnitte und -Behälter, welche überdies miteinander zu verbinden sind.
  • Der Palettenbehälter gemäß der Erfindung soll nun vereinfacht aus weniger Teilen gebildet und überdies bei Schüttgut gegen Ausbeulung weiter stabilisiert werden.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe kennzeichnet sich der erfindungsgemäße Palettenbehälter nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 dadurch, dass am Oberrand der Seitenwände über einen Doppelfalz angeschnittene Wandlappen zum Umlegen als jeweilige Innenwand vorgesehen sind, wobei an den umlegbaren Wandlappen zum Einbringen im unteren Teil eine Querrille vorgesehen sein kann, sofern die Behälterhöhe größer ist als dessen Breite.
  • Im einzelnen kann bei stehenden Wellen des Schachtelwandrings zwischen die Außen-und Innenwände ein Wandring mit liegenden Wellen einbringbar sein, was der weiteren Versteifung gegen Ausbeulen und Stoß dient.
  • Nach einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung können an den Längswänden der Doppelfalz halbseitig und wechselseitig bei beiden Längswänden als Schlitz ausgeschnitten und die angeschnittenen Wandlappen als Behältermittelwand einklappbar sein. Hierbei können die als Behältermittelwand eingeklappten Wandlappen zur Behälterstabilisierung untereinander verbindbar sein oder ist nach als Behältermittelwand eingeklappten Wandlappen etwa mittig an beiden Längswänden ein Kunststoff-Abstandhalter -Kunststoffrohrstück -entlang der Mittelwand durchsteck-und beidseits verankerbar, was die Stabilität gegenüber Ausbeulung bei schwerem Schüttgut wesentlich erhöht.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten des erfindungsgemäßen Palettenbehälters auch bezüglich des Stülpdeckels sind in der Zeichnung an Hand von bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt und nachfolgend beschrieben und zwar zeigen:
    • Figur 1 und 2 die perspektivische Ansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform eines Palettenbehälters ohne und mit Wandring,

  • Wie aus der Zeichnung Figur 1 und 2 ersichtlich wird, ist der Palettenbehälter aus Schwerwellpappe mit der Grundrißform einer Palette als Faltschachtel ausgebildet. Hierbei ist, wie üblich, der Schnittrand 2 als Fabrikkante zur Bildung des Schachtelwandrings 1 verklebt und/oder verheftet.
  • Am Unterrand des Schachtelrings sind, wie ebenfalls üblich, Bodenklappen als Innenklappen 3 und Außenklappen 4 angefalzt. Desweiteren ist ein Stülpdeckel 5 entspr. Figur 6 aufsetzbar.
  • Am Oberrand der Seitenwände des Schachtelwandrings 1 sind sodann über einen Doppelfalz 6, Wandlappen 7 und 8 zum Umlegen als jeweilige Innenwand vorgesehen.
  • Nach Fig. 2 kann vor dem Einlegen der Innenwandlappen 7 und 8 ein offener oder verklebter Wandring 10 eingebracht werden, welcher (10) bei stehenden Wellen des Schachtelwandrings 1 liegende Wellen besitzt, wie dies in der Wandschnitt-Darstellung nach Figur 5 angedeutet ist.
  • Desweiteren können entsprechend Figur 3 an den am Unterrand des Schachtelwandrings 1 a angefalzten Bodenklappen als Innenklappen 3a und Außenklappen 4a, Ecklappen 11 an den Seitenwänden angeschnitten sein, welche im gefalteten Zustand des Behälters Eckstücke 11 bei Ecköffnungen 12 am Boden bilden, die der Palette 13 als Fixierecken überstülpbar sind. Hierzu zeigt Figur 4 einen vergrößerten Bodeneckteil von unten betrachtet.
  • Schließlich ist in Figur 6 noch ein Stülpdeckel 5 gezeigt, an dessen Umlegerändern 14 um 90° unklappbare Einstecklaschen 15 angeschnitten sind, welche beim Aufstellen der Ränder 14 jeweils in entsprechende Schlitzungen 16 der benachbarten Umlegränder 14 einsteck-und verriegelbar sind. Hierzu laufen die Ein stecklaschen 15 an den Umlegrändern 14 in Rechtecklappen 15a mit steckseitig abgerundeten Ecken aus, welche in den benachbarten Eckschlitzen 16 verriegelt werden.
  • In den Fig. 7 bis 9 ist sodann ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, bei welchem die Teile 1 bis 9 bzw. 10 dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel entsprechen, darüber hinaus aber an den Längswänden bei den Wandlappen 8 im Doppelfalz 6 jeweils halbseitig und wechselseitig Schlitze 6a ausgeschnitten und die angeschnittenen Wandlappen 8a als Behälterinnenwand eingeklappt sind, wie dies aus Fig. 7 und 8 ersichtlich ist. Die eingeklappten Wandlappen 8a können zur Behälterstabilisierung miteinander verbunden werden. Für eine besonders stabile Sicherung gegen Ausbeulen bei schwerem Schüttgut wird bei eingeklappten Wandlappen 8a etwa mittig an beiden Längswänden ein Kunststoff-Abstandhalter hier in Form eines Kunststoffrohrstücks 17 bei 18a entlang der Mittelwand 8a durchgesteckt und mittels gelochten Kunststoffplatten 18 beidseits so verankert, daß die Längswände etwa nach innen gezogen gehalten werden.
  • Zur Verankerung besitzen die Kunststoffplatten 18 Lochungen 19 mit Verengung 19a, mit welchen sie auf die beidseits am Ende bei 20 eingekerbten Endstücke 17 aufschiebbar sind.
  • Hierdurch werden bei den genormten Behältern:

    auch bei großer Behälterhöhe und schweren Schüttgütern bei Verwendung von Schwerwellpappe Schüttgewichte bis zu 2 to ermöglicht. Hierbei wird das Schüttgut zunächst in der Behälterhälfte ohne Kunststoffrohrstück 17 zur Anlage an dasselbe aufgeschüttet und dann die zweite Behälterhälfte gefüllt.

Claims (11)

1. Palettenbehälter aus Schwerwellpappe in Form einer Faltschachtel mit verklebtem und/oder verheftetem Schnittrand -Fabrikkante -zur Bildung des Schachtelwandrings und am Unterrand angefalzten Bodenklappen sowie aufsetzbarem Stülpdeckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Oberrand der Seitenwände -Längs-und Querwände -über einen Doppelfalz angeschnittene Wandlappen zum Umlegen als jeweilige Innenwand vorgesehen sind.
2. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den umlegbaren Wandiappen zum Einbringen im unteren Teil eine Querrille vorgesehen ist, sofern die Behälterhöhe größer ist als dessen Breite.
3. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei stehenden Wellen des Schachtelwandrings zwischen die Außen-und Innenwände ein Wandring mit liegenden Wellen einbringbar ist.
4. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den am Unterrand angefalzten Bodenklappen an deren Seitenwände jeweils Ecklappen angeschnitten sind, welche im gefalteten Zustand des Behälters Eckstücke bilden, die der Palette als Fixierecken überstülpbar sind.
5. Palettenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Längswänden der Doppelfalz halbseitig und wechselseitig bei beiden Längswänden als Schlitz ausgeschnitten und die angeschnittenen Wandlappen als Behältermittelwand einklappbar sind.
6. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Behältermittelwand eingeklappten Wandlappen zur Behälterstabilisierung untereinander verbindbar sind.
7. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach als Behältermittelwand eingeklappten Wandlappen etwa mittig an beiden Längswänden ein Kunststoff-Abstandhalter -Kunststoffrohrstück -entlang der Mittelwand durchsteck-und beidseits verankerbar ist.
8. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff-Abstandhalter die Längswände etwas nach innen ziehend hält.
9. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verankerung an den Längswänden außen eine gelochte Kunststoffplatte mit Verengung auf den beidseits eingekerbten Halter bzw. Rohrenden aufschiebbar ist.
10. Palettenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stülpdeckel an den Umlegrändem um 90° umklappbare Einstecklaschen aufweist, welche beim Aufstellen der Ränder jeweils in entsprechende Schlitzungen der benachbarten Umlegränder einsteck-und verriegelbar sind.
11. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstecklaschen an den Umlegrändem in Rechtecklappen mit steckseitig abgerundeten Ecken enden, welche mit Eckschlitzungen der benachbarten Umlegränder verriegelbar sind.
