a) der Vorratsbehälter über eine Dosiereinrichtung direkt mit dem Massenanalysator verbunden wird,
b) der Massenanalysator auf Druckbereiche unterhalb sein er normalen Betriebsbedingungen ausgepumpt und damit die Konzentration der Stoffe reduziert wird, und
c) der Nachweis der Stoffe mit erhöhter Empfindlichkeit durch-geführt wird.
