Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Falttür für eine Duschkabine, bei der zwei Türflügel über ein Getriebe miteinander zwangsgekoppelt und im Getriebebereich an einer horizontalen Führungsschiene verschiebbar geführten Führungsteil angeschlossen sind.
  • Eine Falttür der gattungsgemässen Art ist aus dem DE-U-83 05 154 bekannt.
  • Bei der dort verwirklichten Konstruktion besteht der Führungsteil aus einem relativ grossen Tragstück mit vertikal und horizontal angeordneten Stützrollen, die die Führung und Abstützung im Bereich der Führungsschiene gewährleisten sollen. Das Getriebe befindet sich ausserhalb der Längsachse der Führungsschiene, so dass sich eine insgesamt grosse Konstruktion ergibt, die darüber hinaus auch noch eine ungünstige Kraftübertragung zur Führungsschiene hin zur Folge hat.
  • Aus der DE-A-3139330 ist eine Faltduschwand bekannt, bei der zwei Türflügel über ein Getriebe in Form von Zahnsegmenten miteinander gekoppelt sind.
  • Über die Anbindung der Türflügel an einer Führungsschiene ist in dieser Literaturstelle allerdings nichts ausgesagt.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Falttür der gattungsgemässen Art so zu gestalten, dass der Führungs- und Getriebebereich insgesamt kleine Abmessungen aufweist und dass eine günstige Kraftübertragung zur Führungsschiene ermöglicht wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Falttür der gattungsgemässen Art gelöst durch folgende Merkmale:
    • a) das Führungsteil umschliesst die Führungsschiene vollständig,
    • b) das Führungsteil ist als Lagergehäuse für das Getriebe ausgebildet,
    • c) das Getriebe besteht aus zwei miteinander kämmenden und verdrehsicher mit vertikalen Holmen der Türflügel verbundenen Zahnrädern,
    • d) das Getriebe ist an der Unterseite des Führungsteiles und mittig zu dessen Längsachse angeordnet.
  • Durch diese Konstruktion wird einerseits erreicht, dass die für die Führung und die für die Zwangskopplung der beiden Türflügel notwendigen Bauteile eine insgesamt recht kompakte Einheit bilden, und andererseits sichergestellt, dass eine optimale Kraftübertragung auf die Führungsschiene erfolgt, da die Belastungen, die durch das Gewicht der Türflügel auf die Führungsschiene übertragen werden, ausschliesslich mittig auf die Führungsschiene einwirken.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche 2 bis 12.
  • In den beigefügten Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, welches im folgenden näher beschrieben wird. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Falttür für eine Duschkabine, gezeigt im teilweise geöffneten Zustand,
    • Fig. 2 die in Fig. 1 mit bezeichnete Einzelheit in vergrösserter Darstellung, gezeigt bei geschlossener Falttür,
    • Fig. 3 eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles 111 in Fig.2, dargestellt ohne die in Fig.2 gezeigte Abdeckkappe,
    • Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 3,
    • Fig. 5 einen Teilschnitt nach der Linie V-V in Fig. 3,
    • Fig. 6 eine Teilansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles VI in Fig. 5.
    • In Fig. ist eine Duschkabinen-Abtrennung gezeigt, die aus einem festen Seitenflügel 10 sowie einer rechtwinklig dazu verlaufenden und insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 11 versehenen Falttür besteht.
  • Die Falttür 11 ist an der dem Seitenflügel 10 benachbarten Seite an einem Eckholm 12 angeschlossen. Der am Eckholm 12 angelenkte Türflügel der Falttür 11 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 13 versehen. Die Falttür 11 weist zwei weitere Türflügel 14 und 15 auf, die im Bereich zweier benachbarter vertikaler Holme 16 und 17 über ein Getriebe miteinander zwangsgekoppelt und an einer oberen, horizontalen Führungsschiene 18 verschiebbar geführt sind.
  • Wie insbesondere die Fig.3 bis 5 zeigen, sind auf die oberen Enden der vertikalen Holme 16 und 17 Zahnräder 19 aufgesetzt und verdrehfest mit den Holmen 16 und 17 verbunden. Diese Zahnräder 19, die miteinander kämmen, sind innerhalb eines Führungsteiles 20 gelagert, welches die Führungsschiene 18 umschliesst und zum Zwecke einer leichteren Verschiebbarkeit mit Laufrollen 21 versehen ist, die sich an der Führungsschiene 18 abstützen.
  • Das Führungsteil 20 dient also einerseits als Lagergehäuse für das aus den beiden Zahnrädern 19 bestehende Getriebe zur Zwangskopplung der beiden Türflügel 14 und 15 und erfüllt darüber hinaus die Funktion, diese beiden Türflügel 14 und 15 an der Führungsschiene 18 aufzuhängen und längs der Führungsschiene 18 verschieben zu können.
  • Wie Fig. 4 besonders deutlich macht, ist das aus den beiden Zahnrädern 19 bestehende Getriebe an der Unterseite des Führungsteiles 20 und mittig zu dessen Längsachse angeordnet. Dies bedeutet, dass die Kräfte, die über das Führungsteil 20 in die Führungsschiene 18 eingeleitet werden, mittig auf diese Führungsschiene 18 einwirken, so dass diese allenfalls im Sinne einer Durchbiegung belastet wird.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Führungsschiene 18 einen kreisrunden Querschnitt auf. Entsprechend ist das Führungsteil 20 mit zwei runden und die Führungsschiene 18 umschliessenden Lagerflanschen 22 versehen. Im Bereich dieser Lagerflansche 22 sind auch schon die erwähnten Laufrollen 21 angeordnet.
  • Wie im besonderen die Fig. zeigt, ist jeder Lagerflansch 22 radial geteilt, so dass eine leichte Montage des Führungsteiles 20 an die Führungsschiene 18 möglich ist.
  • Durch die Teilung der Lagerflansche 22 sind abnehmbare Segmente 23 gebildet, die einerseits durch Schrauben 24 und andererseits durch Klemmplatten 25 mit den übrigen Abschnitten der Lagerflansche 22 verbunden sind. Die Klemmplatten 25 sind, was Fig. 6 sehr anschaulich zeigt, auf Rastnocken 26 aufgeschnäppt, die einerseits an den Segmenten 23 und andererseits an den restlichen Abschnitten der Lagerflansche 22 angeformt sind. Diese Art der Festlegung der Segmente 23 bietet den Vorteil, dass auf einfache Art und Weise ein gewisser Toleranzausgleich zwischen den Laufrollen 21 und der Führungsschiene 18 erzielbar ist, da die Segmente 23 im Bereich der Befestigungsschrauben 24 geringfügig verschoben werden können und in ihrem anderen Befestigungsbereich durch Klemmplatten 25 mit unterschiedlichen Lochabständen festgelegt werden können. Ein Toleranzausgleich wäre auch dadurch erzielbar, dass mindestens eine der Laufrollen 21 im Bereich ihrer Achse federnd gelagert ist.
  • Wie die Fig. 1 und 2 deutlich machen, wird das gesamte Führungsteil 20 nach erfolgter Montage durch eine zweiteilige Schutzkappe 27 abgedeckt. Abweichend vom dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel kann das Führungsteil 20 auch mit Wälzkörpern in Form von Kugeln oder dergleichen ausgestattet sein, welche sich auf der Führungsschiene 18 abstützen und eine reibungsarme Verschiebung des Führungsteiles 20 auf der Führungsschiene 18 bewirken.

Claims (13)

1. Falttür (11) für eine Duschkabine, bei der zwei Türflügel (14, 15) über ein Getriebe miteinander zwangsgekoppelt und im Getriebebereich an einem an einer horizontalen Führungsschiene (18) verschiebbar geführten Führungsteil (20) angeschlossen sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
a) das Führungsteil (20) umschliesst die Führungsschiene (18) vollständig;
b) das Führungsteil (20) ist als Lagergehäuse für das Getriebe ausgebildet;
c) das Getriebe besteht aus zwei miteinander kämmenden und verdrehsicher mit vertikalen Holmen (16, 17) der Türflügel (14, 15) verbundenen Zahnrädern (19);
d) das Getriebe ist an der Unterseite des Führungsteiles (20) und mittig zu dessen Längsachse angeordnet.
2. Falttür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (20) mit Laufrollen (21) versehen ist, die sich auf der Führungsschiene (18) abstützen.
3. Falttür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (20) in seinem Querschnitt im wesentlichen dem Querschnitt der Führungsschiene (18) entspricht.
4. Falttür nach einem oder mehreren dervorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (18) einen kreisrunden Querschnitt aufweist und das Führungsteil (20) entsprechend im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
5. Falttür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (18) einen unrunden, symmetrischen Querschnitt aufweist, beispielsweise einen sechseckigen Querschnitt.
6. Falttür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (20) mit zwei die Führungsschiene (18) umschliessenden Lagerflanschen (22) ausgestattet ist, in denen die Laufrollen (21) angeordnet sind.
7. Falttür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (20) im Bereich seiner Lagerflansche (22) radial geteilt ist.
8. Falttür nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Teilung der Lagerflansche (22) Segmente (23) gebildet sind, die mit den übrigen Abschnitten der Lagerflansche (22) lösbar verbunden sind.
9. Falttür nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (23) einerseits durch Schrauben (24) und andererseits durch Klemmplatten (25) mit den übrigen Bereichen der Lagerflansche (22) verbunden sind, wobei die Klemmplatten auf Rastnocken (26) aufgeschnäppt sind, die einerseits an den Segmenten (23) und andererseits an den restlichen Abschnitten der Lagerflansche (22) angeformt sind.
10. Falttür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Laufrollen (21) federnd gelagert ist.
11. Falttür nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (20) durch eine zweiteilige Schutzkappe (27) abgedeckt ist.
12. Falttür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (20) mit Wälzkörpern in Form von Kugeln oder dergleichen versehen ist, die sich auf der Führungsschiene (18) abstützen.
