Description

  • Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft einen Schubkasten in Form eines englischen Zuges mit einer in ihrem oberen Randbereich mit einer Aussparung versehenen Frontplatte und mit im Bereich der Längsseiten angeordneten Streben, die einerseits an der Rückwand und andererseits an der Frontplatte befestigt sind.
  • Schubkästen der vorerwähnten Art sind an sich bekannt.
  • Bei den bislang bekannten Schubkästen dieser Art ist die Frontplatte jeweils einstückig hergestellt.
  • Dies bedeutet, daß die Frontplatte, sofern sie aus Holz hergestellt ist, im oberen Ransbereich ausgesägt werden muß und, sofern sie aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, in einer entsprechenden Form gegossen oder ebenfalls im oberen Randbereich ausgesägt werden muß.
  • In jedem Falle bedeutet die Herstellung der Frontplatte einen beträchtlichen fertigungstechnischen und somit auch kostenmäßigen Aufwand.
  • Der vorliegenden Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schubkasten der gattungsgemäßen Art so zu gestalten, daß die Frontplatte einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird neuerungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Frontplatte aus einer rechteckigen, aus Holz oder Kunststoff bestehenden Platte sowie aus zwei Formteilen besteht, welche jeweils im oberen Eckbereich der Platte befestigt sind und einen die jeweilige Ecke übergreifenden sowie einen nach oben vorstehenden Schenkel aufweisen, wobei die oberen Streben an den nach oben ragenden Schenkeln der Formteile befestigt sind.
  • Durch die auf die Platte aufgesetzten Formteile wird eine Frontplatte geschaffen, die in ihrem Randbereich wieder eine Aussparung aufweist. Die dazu benötigten Einzelteile bestehen aus der rechteckigen Platte und den erwähnten Formteilen. Die Formteile selbst lassen sich in entsprechenden Stückzahlen vergleichsweise billig herstellen. Das gleiche gilt für eine einfache, rechteckige Platte, an der weitere Bearbeitu ngsvorgänge nicht vorzunehmen sind. Die Gesamtkosten für eine derartige Frontplatte sind somit letztendlich beträchtlich geringer als bei einer einstückigen Frontplatte.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil der Neuerung liegt darin, daß die Herstellung unterschiedlich großer Frontplatten keinerlei Schwierigkeiten bereitet, da die Formteile unabhängig von den Abmessungen der Frontplatte immer eingesetzt werden können.
  • Merkmale von Ausführungsarten der Neuerung sind Gegenstand von abhängigen Ansprüchen.
  • In den beigefügten Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Neuerung dargestellt, welches im folgenden näher beschrieben wird.
  • Es zeigen :
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung eines neuerungsgemäßen Schubkastens,
    • Fig. 2 einen Teilschnitt nach der Linie II - II in Figur 1,
    • Fig. 3 eine Teilansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles 111 in Figur 2,
    • Fig. 4 eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles IV in Figur 3.
  • Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Schubkasten besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Boden 1, einer Rückwand 2, einer Frontplatte 3 sowie aus Streben 4, die im Längsseitenbereich angeordnet sind und einerseits an der Rückwand 2 und andererseits an der Frontplatte befestigt sind.
  • Der Schubkasten ist nach Art eines englischen Zuges aufgabaut, daß heißt, die Frontplatte 3 ist in ihrem oberen Randbereich mit einer Aussparung versehen.
  • Wie die Figuren 1 und 2 sehr deutlich zeigen, besteht die Frontplatte 3 aus einer rechteckigen, aus Holz oder Kunststoff gefertigten Platte 5 sowie aus zwei Formteilen 6. Diese Formteile 6 sind jeweils im oberen Eckbereich der Platte 5 auf diese aufgesetzt und übergreifen die jeweilige Ecke. Die Formteile 6 weisen jeweils einen Schenkel 6a auf, der die betreffende Ecke der Platte 5 übergreift. Außerdem weisen die Formteile 6 einen nach oben gerichteten Schenkel 6b auf, so daß die Gestalt der Formteile 6 als etwa T-förmig bezeichnet werden kann.
  • An den nach oben ragenden Schenkeln 6b der Formteile 6 sind die oberen Streben 4 befestigt.
  • Die unteren Streben 4 sind im Bereich der Frontplatte 3 gemeinsam mit den Formteilen 6 an der Platte 5 festgelegt, was insbes. die Figur 1 sehr deutlich zeigt.
  • Die Formteile 6 sind einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt und in ihren die jeweilige Ecke der Platte 5 übergreifenden Abschnitten offen. Im übrigen sind die Formteile 6 mit Ausnahme von Montageöffnungen 6c und 6d, durch die die Streben 4 eingeführt werden, geschlossen. Dies bedeutet, daß nach dem Anbringen der Formteile 6 an die Platte 5 und nach der Festlegung der Streben 4 die Frontplatte 3 insgesamt geschlossen ist.
  • Der Einsatz der Formteile 6 ist unabhängig von der Größe der Platte 5, so daß auf einfache Art und Weise beliebig große Schubkästen auf die vorstehend beschriebene Art und Weise mit einer Frontplatte 3 ausgestattet werden können, die in ihrem oberen Randbereich mit einer Aussparung versehen sind.

Claims (5)

1. Schubkasten in Form eines englischen Zuges mit einer Frontplatte und mit im Bereich der Längsseiten angeordneten Streben, die einerseits an der Rückwand und andererseits an der Frontplatte befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frontplatte (3) faus einer rechteckigen, aus Holz oder Kunststoff bestehenden Platte (5) sowie aus zwei Formteilen (6) besteht, welche jeweils im oberen Eckbereich der Platte (5) befestigt sind und einen die jeweilige Ecke übergreifenden sowie einen nach oben vorstehenden Schenkel (6a, 6b) aufweisen, wobei die oberen Streben (4) an den nach oben ragenden Schenkeln (6b) der Formteile (6) befestigt sind.
2. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Streben (4) gemeinsam mit den Formteilen (6) an der Platte (5) festgelegt sind.
3. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formteile (6) einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
4. Schrubkasten nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formteile (6) etwa T-förmig ausgebildet sind.
5. Schubkasten nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formteile (6) in ihren den Eckbereich der Platte übergreifenden Abschnitten offen und im übrigen bis auf Montageöffnungen (6c, 6d) für die Streben (4) geschlossen sind.
