Claims (1)
- Cylindre de contre-pression (1) pour presses à imprimer rotatives offset comprenant un revêtement (4) de la surface latérale (5) qui est résistant à l'usure et à la corrosion et qui est déposé par galvanoplastie et dépoli, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du cylindre de contrepres- sion (1) et les raccordements (2) de la rainure (3) du cylindre sont de valeur inférieure à l'épaisseur du revêtement (4) à appliquer, en ce que la surface latérale (5) et les raccordements (2) du cylindre de contre-pression (1) sont sablés avant le revêtement, de manière à présenter une rugosité de surface de 10 à 20 wm. en ce qu'on dépose une couche de base en nickel (6) d'une dureté de 180 à 220 HV, et en ce qu'on dépose sur la couche de nickel (6) une couche de chrome (7) d'une dureté de > 900 HV et d'une surface microfissurée de > 400 fissu- res/cm, de manière que le diamètre du cylindre présente la cote finie sans usinage de reprise.
