Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de protection de la surface d'un cylindre d'unités d'impression d'un petite machine à imprimer offset, sur le pourtour duquel est appliqué un habillage (2), caractérisé en ce que
    - l'habillage (2) du cylindre est constitué de deux couches (3, 4),
    - avec une couche (3) intérieure, rigide, indéformable d'un matériau de support, pour la mise en place sans plis de l'habillage (2),
    - avec une couche (4) extérieure en matériau résistant à l'usure, amortisseur, pour absorber les sollicitations mécaniques d'un dispositif de numérotation (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur totale de l'habillage (2) du cylindre peut atteindre 0,2 mm.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche (3) intérieure est en polyester.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche intérieure est en polyamide.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche (4) extérieure est en polyuréthanne.
  6. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (2) du cylindre avec sa couche intérieure (3) peut être fixé au moyen d'un adhésif amovible sur le pourtour du cylindre d'impression (1).
  7. Mise en oeuvre du dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (2) du cylindre est appliqué au début de tâches d'impression avec opérations de numération, sur le pourtour du cylindre d'impression (1) et est enlevé du pourtour du cylindre d'impression (1), à la fin de la tâche d'impression.
