Claims (9)

1. Machine pour le traitement ultérieur des produits pliés produits dans la plieuse d'une presse rotative d'imprimerie, machine qui comprend un dispositif pour l'ouverture des produits pliés, caractérisée en ce que les exemplaires pliés (9) pris à la sortie de la plieuse (1) au moyen de guides à bandes (5, 6) peuvent être saisis, au niveau du dos (10) du pli situé en avant, par une pince avant (12) agencée sur un cylindre d'ouverture rotatif (10), en ce que des pinces arrière (13) agencées sur le cylindre d'ouverture (8) saisissent le bord de pli débordant (11) des exemplaires pliés (9), en ce que, après la préhension des exemplaires pliés (9) par les pinces avant et arrière (12, 13), la moitié des exemplaires pliés (9) qui est la plus éloignée du cylindre d'ouverture (8) se soulève sous l'effet des forces centrifuges, de la moitié qui est retenue sur le cylindre d'ouverture (8) par les pinces avant et arrière (12, 13), de sorte qu'au moins l'une des baguettes (14) agencées à un certain écartement sur un circuit à chaîne ou à bande transporteuse (15) circulant en circuit fermé, et qui passent au droit du cylindre d'ouverture (8) en restant à peu près parallèles à ce cylindre au cours de son mouvement ascendant à peu près tangentiel, peut s'engager dans l'exemplaire plié (9) qui s'ouvre, après quoi les pinces avant et arrière (12, 13) relâchent l'exemplaire plié (9) et les exemplaires pliés (9) tenus par les baguettes (14) peuvent être transférés à des baguettes (18) appartenant à d'autres circuits à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (17), les baguettes (18) présentant, en section, un côté large et un côté étroit et pouvant tourner.
2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'en amont de la plieuse (1), est agencé un dispositif de charge électrostatique (7) sous l'action duquel les deux moitiés des exemplaires pliés (9) sont chargées avec des polarités du même, de sorte que, après la préhension des exemplaires pliés (9) par les pinces avant et arrière (12, 13) portées par le cylindre d'ouverture, la moitié des exemplaires pliés (9) qui est la plus éloignée du cylindre d'ouverture (8) est repoussée.
3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les baguettes (14, 18) présentent chacune une section en losange.
4. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs paires de pinces avant et arrière (12, 13) sont agencées sur le cylindre d'ouverture (8), dans une disposition répartie sur la circonférence.
5. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que, pour assembler les exemplaires pliés (9) qui sont suspendus aux baguettes (14, 18) de plusieurs circuits à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (15, 17) différents, il est prévu un croisement de transfert dans lequel l'un des circuits à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (17) est franchi obliquement et par dessous par l'autre circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (15) qui circule horizontalement, de sorte que la baguette (18) venant du bas prend en charge l'exemplaire plié supérieur (9) qui est ouvert par la baguette (14) qui le porte, et le pose sur l'exemplaire plié (9) suspendu à la baguette inférieure (18).
6. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que, pour assembler des exemplaires pliés (9), on fait circuler des circuits à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (19, 27) à montage unilatéral, parallèlement entre eux mais dans des plans différents, et l'un à côté de l'autre, de telle manière que les extrémités libres des baguettes (21, 29) soient placées face à face, et en ce que, sous l'action de tôles de guidage (22, 26), les exemplaires pliés peuvent être transférés des baguettes (21) d'un circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (19) aux baguettes (29) de l'autre circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (27).

Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 ci-dessus, caractérisée en ce que les baguettes (33) d'un circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (32) sont disposées au-dessus du niveau des baguettes (35) de l'autre circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (34) et inclinées par rapport à ces dernières, de telle manière que les exemplaires pliés suspendus aux baguettes (35) puissent glisser sur les exemplaires pliés (9) suspendus sur les baguettes (35).
8. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le transfert des exemplaires pliés (9) suspendus aux baguettes (50) d'un circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (38) qui circule à grande vitesse peuvent être transférées, aux segment de guidage parallèle, formé par des rouleaux de guidage ou des roues à chaîne (39, 40, 41, 42), dans une baguette (37) d'un circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (36) qui circule avec une vitesse plus lente, les écartements des baguettes (37) du circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (36) qui circule plus lentement étant plus petits que ceux des baguettes (50) du circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne (38) qui circule plus rapidement, et en ce que, de chaque côté du segment de transfert commun et parallèle, est agencée une bande transporteuse transversale (49) possédant une surface rugueuse.
9. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 ci-dessus, caractérisée en ce que les exemplaires pliés d'un circuit à bande transporteuse ou à chaîne de dépose, qui sont superposés et assemblés sur les baguettes (44) sont déposés en écailles sur une bande de recette (45) en passant sur un segment de guidage circulant dans une direction à peu près horizontale, les exemplaires pliés (9) étant éjectés des baguettes (49) par une tôle déflectrice (48) disposée obliquement au-dessus de la bande de recette (45).
