Claims (15)
- Procédé pour traiter des produits imprimés, comme des revues, des journaux ou des parties desdits documents, dans lequel les produits imprimés (24), comportant un premier bord (26) orienté perpendiculairement à leur direction de transport (F), sont transportés en étant maintenus dans l'embouchure (22) de pinces (14), déplacées à une vitesse de transport (v1), pouvant être commandées individuellement et faisant partie d'un dispositif transporteur (10), lesdits produits étant déplacés dans cette embouchure (22) lors d'une ouverture au moins partielle des pinces (14), étant appliqués, par le second bord (30) situé dans une position opposée au premier bord (26), contre des moyens d'alignement (39) entraînés à peu près dans la direction de transport (F), et continuant à être transportés par fermeture ultérieure des pinces (14), caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (24) sont soumis, en vue d'un positionnement dans les pinces (14), à une poussée en direction de l'intérieur de l'embouchure des pinces (14), avant la fermeture desdites pinces (14), par des moyens d'alignement (39) qui, lorsque le second bord (30) est situé en avant par rapport au premier bord (26) sont entraînés, à une vitesse (v2) plus petite que la vitesse de transport (v1) tandis que, lorsque le second bord (30) est situé en arrière, ils sont entraînés à une plus grande vitesse (v2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que , lors de l'ouverture des pinces (14), les produits imprimés (24) glissent sous l'effet de leur poids propre en vue d'une application contre les moyens d'alignement (39) ou bien sont appliqués contre le moyen d'alignement (39) par action d'un moyen de translation (90).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (24) sont transportés en condition suspendue, de préférence avec une direction de transport (F), orientée en oblique vers le haut ou en oblique vers le bas et, lors de l'ouverture des pinces (14), ils viennent s'appliquer contre les moyens d'alignement (39) par leur second bord (30) situé en bas.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (24) viennent s'appliquer par leur second bord (30) respectivement contre deux cames d'alignement (38), espacées l'une de l'autre perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (F), ces cames étant situées sur une ligne orientée perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (F) ou bien étant décalées mutuellement dans la direction de transport (F) en vue d'une mise en oblique des produits imprimés (24).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (24), préalablement pliés, sont maintenus, pour le transport, dans une zone de leur pli (26) par les pinces (14) et, après le positionnement, ils continuent à être transportés et sont amenés, par leur bord ouvert (30) situé à l'opposé du pli (26), dans un dispositif d'ouverture (50).
- Appareil pour le traitement de produits imprimés, comme des journaux, des revues ou des parties desdits documents, comportant un dispositif transporteur (10), pourvu de pinces (14), pouvant être commandées individuellement, déplacées dans la direction de transport (F) à une vitesse de transport (v1) et comportant une embouchure (22) servant à maintenir les produits imprimés (24) dans le cas où un premier bord (26) est orienté perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (F), l'appareil comportant un dispositif de commande (46) pour produire une ouverture temporaire et au moins partielle des pinces (14) ainsi qu'un dispositif d'alignement (28), situé en dessous du dispositif transporteur (10) et comportant des moyens d'alignement (39) entraînés sensiblement dans la direction de transport (F) et contre lesquels les produits imprimés (24), quand les pinces (14) sont au moins partiellement ouvertes, peuvent être appliqués par leur second bord (30) situé à l'opposé du premier bord (26), les pinces (14), après l'alignement des produits imprimés (24) avec déplacement dans l' embouchure (22), pouvant être refermées en vue du transport ultérieur des produits imprimés, appareil caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'alignement (39) sont entraînés à une vitesse (v2) différente de la vitesse de transport (v1), cette vitesse (v2) étant plus petite que la vitesse de transport (v1) lorsque les moyens d'alignement (39) sont situés, en avant des pinces (14), alors que, lorsque ces moyens d'alignement (39) sont situés en arrière, la vitesse (v2) est plus grande que la vitesse de transport (v1) de façon à positionner les produits imprimés (24) par rapport aux pinces (14) ouvertes sous l'effet d'une poussée en direction de leur embouchure (22).
- Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif transporteur (10) comporte un grand nombre de pinces (14), disposées l'une après l'autre avec un espacement fixe (A), entraînées en circuit fermé, tandis que le dispositif d'alignement (28) comporte plusieurs moyens d'alignement (39) coopérant chacun avec une pince (14).
- Appareil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'alignement (39) comportent des cames d'alignement (38) qui sont disposées sur un organe de traction (34, 34') entraîné en circuit ferme.
- Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux organes de traction (34, 34'), mutuellement parallèles, espacés l'un de l'autre perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (F) et comportant des cames d'alignement (38), les organes de traction (34, 34') pouvant être entraînés de telle sorte que les cames d'alignement (38), mutuellement correspondantes, soient situées sur une ligne orientée perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (F) ou bien soient décalées mutuellement dans la direction de transport (F) en vue d'une mise en oblique des produits imprimés (24).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de cames d'alignement (38) correspondantes, qui sont situées en avant des pinces (14) dans la direction de transport (F), il est prévu entre des cames d'alignement successives (38) un espacement (B) plus petit que l'espacement (A) entre les pinces (14), et les cames d'alignement (38) sont entraînées à une vitesse (v2) plus petite que celle des pinces (14) de telle sorte que l'espacement entre les pinces associées (14) et les cames d'alignement (38), considéré dans la direction de transport (F), corresponde à l'extrémité du dispositif d'alignement (28), à un espacement de consigne correspondant en relation avec le positionnement des produits imprimés (24).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de cames d'alignement (38) correspondantes qui sont situées en arrière des pinces (14) dans la direction de transport (F), l'espacement (B) entre des cames d'alignement successives (38) est plus grand que l'espacement (A) entre les pinces (14), et les cames d'alignement (38) sont entraînées à une vitesse (v2) supérieure à celle des pinces (14) de telle sorte que l'espacement entre les pinces correspondantes (14) et les cames d'alignement (38) associées, considéré dans la direction de transport, corresponde, à l'extrémité du dispositif d'alignement (28) à un espacement de consigne en relation avec le positionnement des produits imprimés (24).
- Appareil selon une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) sont agencées de façon à saisir des produits imprimés pliés (24) dans une zone de leur pli (26) et il est prévu après le dispositif d'alignement (28), de préférence à distance de celui-ci, un dispositif d'ouverture (50) dans lequel peuvent être introduits les produits imprimés (24) avec leur bord ouvert (30) situé à l'opposé du pli (26).
- Appareil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'ouverture (50) comporte des cames d'ouverture (58), qui sont entraînées à une vitesse différente à la vitesse de transport (v1) des pinces (14) et dans la zone d'action desquelles les bords ouverts (30) peuvent être amenés sous l'effet de cette différence de vitesse, et qui sont conçues en vue de la saisie d'une partie (24') de chaque produit imprimé (24).
- Appareil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (24) peuvent être amenés dans le dispositif d'ouverture (50) avec leur bord ouvert (30) situé en avant, les cames d'ouverture (58) peuvent être entraînées à une vitesse plus petite que la vitesse de transport (v1) et il est prévu entre le dispositif d'alignement (28) et le dispositif d'ouverture (30) un moyen de guidage (52) pour les bords avant (30) des produits imprimés (24).
- Appareil selon une des revendications 6 à 14, caractérisé par des moyens de translation (90) produisant, lorsque les pinces (14) sont au moins partiellement ouvertes, une application des produits imprimés (24) contre les moyens d'alignement (39).
