Claims (6)

  1. Agent décapant, lubrifiant et antioxydant pour pièces à usiner en fer et en acier pour le formage à chaud à des températures comprises entre 1000 et 1300°C, contenant 20 à 65% en poids
    a) d'un ou plusieurs composés de la série des composés actifs pour un décapage
    Na₂B₄O₇.10H₂O;
    Na₂B₄O₇.5H₂O;
    Na₂B₄O₇ anhydre;
    métaborate de sodium, NaBO₂.4H₂O;
    silicate de sodium soluble avec un rapport SiO₂/Na₂O de 2,5 à 3,3, et
    5 à 75% en poids
    b) d'un ou plusieurs lubrifiants secs de la série du graphite,
    l'un des phosphates de la série du phosphate trisodique hydraté ou non hydraté;
    métaphosphates de sodium (NaPO₃)₃ et (NaPO₃)₄;
    polymétaphosphate (NaPO₃)₄.H₂O;
    polyphosphate de sodium Na₅P₃O₁₀, hydraté ou non hydraté;
    polyphosphate de sodium (Na₅P₃O₁₀)₂₋₈;
    et 5 à 75% en poids d'une ou plusieurs substances d'un ou plusieurs des groupes c), d) et e), qui consistent en 0 à 30% en poids
    c) d'un ou plusieurs additifs influençant la formation de couche dans la loupe et agissant comme antioxydant, de la série du coke, du charbon pulvérulent, de la sciure de bois, de l'amidon et de ses dérivés, des paraffines, des cires, des acides gras et/ou de leurs sels, de la colophane et de ses dérivés, des résines synthétiques à base d'hydrocarbures de 5 à 10 atomes de carbone, et de résines indène-coumarone; 0 à 30% en poids
    d) d'une ou plusieurs substances gouvernant les propriétés physiques de l'agent, de la série du chlorure de magnésium MgCl₂.6H₂O, du chlorure de sodium, du chlorure de calcium, du sulfate de sodium, de l'acétate de sodium et des argiles;
    0 à 3% en poids
    e) d'une ou plusieurs substances agissant sur la réduction des oxydes et à effet de séparation, de la série du chlorure d'ammonium NH₄Cl, de l'urée CO(NH₂)₂, du carbonate d'ammonium (NH₄)₂CO₃, des résines urée-formaldéhyde, du carbonate de sodium Na₂CO₃.
  2. Agent selon la revendication 1, contenant 20 à 50% en poids de a), 30 à 70% en poids de b) et 10 à 50% en poids d'une ou plusieurs substances d'un ou plusieurs des groupes c), d) et e), c) étant contenu en des quantités de 0 à 30% en poids, d) en des quantités de 0 à 30% en poids et e) en des quantités de 0 à 3% en poids.
  3. Agent selon les revendications 1 à 2 pour le décapage, la lubrification et comme antioxydant à des températures des pièces à usiner de 600 à 1300°C, de préférence de 1000 à 1300°C.
  4. Utilisation des agents selon les revendications 1 à 3 pour le décapage, la lubrification et comme antioxydants de pièces à usiner en fer et en acier dans le formage à chaud, de préférence pour le décapage, la lubrification et comme antioxydants de loupes en acier à la température de laminage.
  5. Utilisation des agents selon les revendications 1 à 4 pour le décapage, la lubrification et comme antioxydants de pièces à usiner en fer et en acier dans le formage à chaud, de préférence pour le décapage, la lubrification et comme antioxydants de loupes en acier à la température de laminage dans des laminoirs à mandrin (plug mills).
  6. Utilisation des agents selon les revendications 1 à 5 pour le décapage, la lubrification et comme antioxydants à des températures des pièces à usiner de 600 à 1300°C, de préférence de 1000 à 1300°C.
