Claims (9)

  1. Lubrifiants pour le formage des matériaux métalliques, qui se composent d'eau et des composants suivants, dissous ou dispersés dans celle-ci:
    0,01 à 15 %   en masse de savons de métaux alcalino-terreux A
    0,05 à 15 %   en masse de borate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium B,
    0 à 14 %   en masse de phosphate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium C,
    et
    0 à 10 %   en masse de composés organiques polymères D,
    ainsi que
    0,005 à 10 %   en masse de produits de réaction E des composants A à D, formés en solution aqueuse, à un pH supérieur à 6,9 et à des températures inférieures à 95 °C,
    la somme des proportions des composants A à E étant inférieure à 35 % en masse.
  2. Lubrifiants selon la revendication 1 pour le formage à chaud des matériaux métalliques, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment
    0,25 à 10 %   en masse de savons de métaux alcalino-terreux A
    0,05 à 3 %   en masse de borate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium B,
    0,05 à 8 %   en masse de phosphate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium C,
    0,01 à 2 %   en masse de composés organiques polymères D
    et
    0,005 à 8 %   en masse de produits de réaction E des composants A à D, formés en solution aqueuse, à un pH supérieur à 6,9 et à des températures inférieures à 80 °C,
    la somme des proportions des composants A à E étant inférieure à 20 % en masse.
  3. Lubrifiants selon la revendication 2, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment 0,5 à 6 % en masse de savons de métaux alcalino-terreux A, 0,5 à 3 % en masse de borate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium B, 1 à 7 % en masse de phosphate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium C et 0,15 à 0,5 % en masse de composés organiques polymères D.
  4. Lubrifiants selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment 2 à 8 % en masse de savons de métaux alcalino-terreux A, 0,2 à 1,5 % en masse de borate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium B, 3 à 6 % en masse de phosphate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium C et 0,1 à 0,8 % en masse de composés organiques polymères D.
  5. Lubrifiants selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment 2 à 8 % en masse de savons de métaux alcalino-terreux A, 1,2 à 8 % en masse de borate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium B, 0 à 0,5 % en masse de phosphate de métal alcalin ou d'ammonium C et 0 à 2,5 % en masse de composés organiques polymères D.
  6. Lubrifiants selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment comme savons de métaux alcalino-terreux A, des savons de chaux, avec une teneur élevée en stéarate allant jusqu'à 65 % en masse.
  7. Lubrifiants selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment comme borate de métal alcalin B, du tétra- ou du métaborate de sodium.
  8. Lubrifiants selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisés en ce qu'ils renferment comme phosphate de métal alcalin C, du polyphosphate de sodium, de préférence du sel de Graham.
