Claims (10)

  1. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant pour formage à froid de métaux, ayant une certaine teneur en polyéthylène, polyacrylate et copolymère styrène/acide acrylique, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient
    a) de 20 à 50 parties en poids de polyéthylène ayant un point de ramollissement supérieur à 120 °C et une taille de particules comprise entre 0,1 et 50 µm,
    b) de 2 à 8 parties en poids de polyacrylate ayant une masse moléculaire comprise entre 4500 et 10 000, ainsi que
    c) de 2 à 8 parties en poids de copolymère styrène/acide acrylique ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne comprise entre 150 000 et 250 000 et une température de transition vitreuse comprise entre 45 et 55 °C,
    le composant acide acrylique des polymères selon point b) et c) étant, dans les conditions d'application, majoritairement sous forme de sel de cations minéraux et les points de ramollissement des différents polymères étant répartis sur le domaine de température allant de la température ambiante à 200 °C.
  2. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient en outre de 2 à 8 parties en poids de polyacrylate ayant une masse moléculaire comprise entre 3000 et 4500, l'acide acrylique étant présent, dans les conditions d'application, majoritairement sous forme de sel de cations minéraux et son point de ramollissement étant situé dans le domaine de température allant de la température ambiante à 200 °C.
  3. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le composant acide acrylique est présent sous forme de sel d'ammonium, de sodium, de potassium, de lithium, de calcium, de zinc, de bismuth et/ou de baryum.
  4. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient en outre de 2 à 8 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'acrylate d'éthyle et/ou de propyle et d'acide (méth)acrylique ayant une masse moléculaire au moins égale à 300 000, le composant acide méthacrylique étant présent, dans les conditions d'application, majoritairement sous forme de sel de cations minéraux, de préférence sous forme de sel d'ammonium, de sodium, de potassium, de lithium, de calcium, de zinc, de bismuth et/ou de baryum, et le rapport des monomères ester d'acide acrylique/acide méthacrylique étant compris entre 3/1 et 1/1.
  5. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient en outre de 5 à 15 parties en poids d'un agent tensioactif non ionique, de préférence un alcool gras éthoxylé par plus de 6 motifs d'oxyde d'éthylène.
  6. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient en outre de 12 à 25 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'éthylène et d'acide acrylique ayant une masse moléculaire comprise entre 6000 et 10 000 et un rapport des monomères éthylène/acide acrylique compris entre 9/1 et 2/1.
  7. Concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il contient en outre de 2 à 8 parties en poids de diester d'acide sulfosuccinique.
  8. Procédé pour faciliter le formage à froid de pièces métalliques par application d'un film d'agent lubrifiant par le biais d'un concentré d'agent lubrifiant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'on applique le film d'agent lubrifiant à partir d'une dispersion aqueuse ayant une teneur en matière solide comprise entre 5 et 25 % en poids.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'on forme un film d'agent lubrifiant ayant une teneur en matières sèches comprise entre 0,05 et 10 g/m2.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'on forme sur les pièces, avant l'application du film d'agent lubrifiant, un revêtement de conversion, en particulier un revêtement de phosphate.
