Claims (12)

  1. Lubrifiant pour le formage à chaud de métaux comportant au moins un phosphate métallique alcalin, au moins un additif formant un gaz par chauffage et au moins un phosphate d'un métal bivalent, un mélange de phosphate contenant de façon appropriée 55 à 69% en poids de P2O5, 14 à 35% en poids de Na2O, 5 à 27% en poids de K2O et jusqu'à 10% en poids de MO, où M est un métal bivalent, et de l'hydroxyéthylcellulose et/ou de l'alkylcellulose, de l'alginate, un polysaccharide ou des mélanges de ceux-ci.
  2. Lubrifiant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'additif formant un gaz est minéral.
  3. Lubrifiant selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient comme additif formant un gaz au moins un carbonate minéral.
  4. Lubrifiant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient comme additif formant un gaz au moins un carbonate d'au moins un métal bivalent, de préférence un métal alcalinoterreux.
  5. Lubrifiant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient comme additif formant un gaz du carbonate de calcium.
  6. Lubrifiant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'additif formant un gaz est contenu sous forme de poudre, avantageusement avec une granularité comprise entre 2 et 50 µm, de façon particulièrement préférée avec une granularité comprise entre 2 et 30 µm.
  7. Lubrifiant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient l'additif formant un gaz dans une quantité comprise entre 5 et 50% en poids, avantageusement 20 et 40% en poids, et de façon particulièrement préférée entre 25 et 30% en poids.
  8. Lubrifiant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pourcentage de MO peut atteindre 5% en poids.
  9. Lubrifiant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de phosphates est contenu dans une quantité comprise entre 50 et 95% en poids, avantageusement 60 et 80% en poids, de façon particulièrement préférée 70 et 75% en poids.
  10. Lubrifiant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient en plus 1 à 10% en poids de matières lubrifiantes solides, de préférence 1 à 5% en poids, par rapport au poids de l'additif formant un gaz, avantageusement du pyrophosphate de zinc, du pyrophosphate de fer et/ou du nitrure de bore.
  11. Utilisation d'un lubrifiant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 pour le formage à chaud de métaux dans un laminoir.
  12. Utilisation d'un lubrifiant selon la revendication 11 pour lubrifier des poinçons et/ou des trains ébaucheurs.
