Claims (12)
- Schmiermittel für die Heißverformung von Metallen mit wenigstens einem Alkalimetallphosphat, wenigstens einem beim Erwärmen gasbildenden Zusatzstoff und wenigstens einem Phosphat eines zweiwertigen Metalles, wobei es ein Phosphatgemisch entsprechend 55 bis 69 Gew.% P2O5, 14 bis 35 Gew.% Na2O, 5 bis 27 Gew.% K2O und bis 10 Gew.% MO, wobei M ein zweiwertiges Metall ist, und Hydroxyethylzellulose und/oder Alkylzellulose, Alginat, Polysaccharid oder Gemische davon enthält.
- Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gasbildende Zusatzstoff anorganisch ist.
- Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als gasbildenden Zusatzstoff wenigstens ein anorganisches Carbonat enthält.
- Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als gasbildenden Zusatzstoff wenigstens ein Carbonat wenigstens eines zweiwertigen Metalles, vorzugsweise eines Erdalkalimetalles, enthält.
- Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als gasbildenden Zusatzstoff Calciumcarbonat enthält.
- Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gasbildende Zusatzstoff als Pulver, vorzugsweise mit einer Komgröße von 2 bis 50 µm, besonders bevorzugt mit einer Komgröße von 2 bis 30 µm, enthalten ist.
- Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es den gasbildenden Zusatzstoff in einer Menge von 5 bis 50 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 20 bis 40 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 25 bis 30 Gew.%, enthält.
- Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil von MO bis 5 Gew.% entspricht.
- Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Phosphatgemisch in einer Menge von 50 bis 95 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 60 bis 80 Gew.%, besonders bevorzugt 70 bis 75 Gew.%, enthalten ist.
- Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich 1 bis 10 Gew.% Festschmierstoffe, bevorzugt 1 bis 5 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gewicht des gasbildenden Zusatzstoffes enthalten sind, vorzugsweise Zinkpyrophosphat, Eisenpyrophosphat und/oder Bornitrit.
- Verwendung eines Schmiermittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 für die Heißverformung von Metallen in einem Walzwerk.
- Verwendung eines Schmiermittels nach Anspruch 11, zum Schmieren von Dornstangen und/oder Luppen.
