Definitions
- the object of the invention is to increase the proportion of middle oil while maintaining the overall oil yield of coal (about 50%, based on water-free and ash-free coal) and, in particular, to simultaneously increase the proportion of middle oil that can be used as diesel fuel.
- the invention is therefore based on the basic idea of increasing the boiling point of the middle oil obtained from the intermediate separator and the cold separator compared to the prior art, lowering the boiling point of the light oil obtained at the same time, and the intermediate fraction (section II) created by this step together with the highest-boiling one Feed the fraction as an important component of the grinding oil back into the hydrogenation process of the coal.
- the product stream 1 from the carbon hydrogenation reactor HR is separated in the hot separator HA into a top stream 2 and a stump stream 3.
- the bottom stream 3 is separated in a vacuum distillation plant (vacuum flash) VD into a vacuum residue stream 4, consisting of coal, ash, catalyst, asphaltene and high-boiling oils, and into a top stream 5, consisting of distillate oil boiling between 200 and 450 ° C, the latter of which Rubbing oil (solvent) for the coal is added.
- the top stream 2 of the hot separator HA is after cooling to approximately 250 to 300 ° C partially condensed in an intermediate separator ZA.
- the condensate is fed as stream 6 to a distillation column AD operating under atmospheric pressure.
- the top stream 7 is condensed in a cold separator KA.
- the condensate is fed as stream 8 after dewatering together with stream 6 as stream 9 to the distillation column AD working under atmospheric pressure.
- the top stream 10 of the cold separator KA is fed as recycle gas to a high-pressure wash and then returned to the hydrogenation reactor HR.
- the stream 9 is in the distillation column AD working under atmospheric pressure into the boiling fractions disassembled.
- Streams 12 and 14 are fed back to the hydrogenation process with stream 5 as the total required grinding oil (stream 15).
- the temperatures in the hydrogenation reactor HR are approximately 450 to 500 ° C. and the pressures in the hydrogenation reactor, hot separators, intermediate separators and cold separators are preferably between 150 and 350 bar.
- the streams 6 from the intermediate separator ZA and 8 from the cold separator KA are combined (7,123 kg of stream 9) and decomposed under normal pressure in the distillation column AD. This creates 11 548 kg of light oil as a stream (boiling below 180 ° C), 1100 kg of rubbing oil (boiling between 180 and 250 ° C) as a stream, 2 2.202 kg medium oil (boiling between 250 and 350 ° C) as a stream and as a stream 14 3,273 kg (boiling above 350 ° C).
- the stream 3 in the hot separator is 5,967 kg of non-liquefied bottom product, which is broken down into 2,090 kg vacuum residue (stream 4) and 3,877 kg overhead product (stream 5) in the vacuum distillation system VD, the latter as part of the total of 8,250 kg stream 15 as Rubbing oil is used.
- the mode of operation of the vacuum distillation system can be changed so that instead of stream 5, a top stream 5a and a stream 16 (except stream 4) are removed at a central discharge.
- the distillate oil discharged as stream 16 at the middle draw preferably boils above 350 ° C. and is used exclusively as a grinding oil.
- the boiling range of the top product of the vacuum distillation system (stream 5a) is between 180 and 350 ° C; it is added to the inlet stream 9 of the distillation column AD working under atmospheric pressure.
Description
- Schnitt I unter 180°C siedend,
- - Der Anteil des so gewonnenen Mittelöls wird ohne Veränderung der Gesamtölausbeute aus der Kohle größer und beträgt nunmehr etwa 80 bis 85 % der Gesamtölausbeute; entsprechend geringer wird der Anteil an Leichtöl (15 bis 20 %);
- - die Ausbeute an Dieselöl aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittelöl erhöht sich auf 50 bis 55 %;
- - durch Verwendung des neu geschaffenen Siedeschnitts 11 als wesentlicher Bestandteil des Anreiböls verbessert sich die Gesamtölausbeute um ca. 2 bis 3 % - bezogen auf die wasser- und aschefreie Kohle - , d.h. daß sich die Gesamtölausbeute gegenüber den bisher erreichten Ergebnissen um 4 bis 6 % erhöht;
- - in der nachfolgenden Raffinationsstufe werden etwa 5 bis 10 % weniger Wasserstoff verbraucht;
