Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Konsole mit einem Gestel
  • Aus der DE-A 31 02 973 ist eine zerlegbare Regaleinheit mit Winkel-Eckständern und rechteckigen Regal-Fachböden mit umlaufender und nach unten abgekanteter Fachbodenblende, die mit ihren jeweiligen Ecken formschlüssig in den Kehlen der Winkel-Eckständer durch Schrauben festgelegt sind, bekannt. Zu diesem Zweck weisen die Winkel-Eckständer ein Hohlprofil auf, dessen Kehle einen durchgehenden Schlitz besitzt, durch den hindurch ein Spannbolzen ragt. Dieser durchdringt ebenfalls die Kante der Fachbodenblende. Es wird ein flächiges Gegeneinanderspannen der Aussenseiten des Winkeleckständers und der Fachbodenblende mit einer zur Eckkante der Fachbodenblende orientierten Spann-Wirkrichtung erzielt. Ferner ist aus der FR-A 2 445 124 ein Wandregal mit Zwischenbretter und Schrankfächer tragenden Stollen bekannt. In den Stollen sind vertikale T-förmige Schlitze vorgesehen. In den Schlitzen werden Muttern geführt, die mit Schrauben zum Arretieren der im Regal zu arretierenden Fächer und ähnlichem verschraubt werden. Auch bei diesem Regal sind auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Querseiten jeweils in einem Abstand voneinander zwei Auflageflächen vorgesehen, so dass jedes Regalbrett auf insgesamt vier Stellen aufliegt. Ähnlich wie die aus der DE-A 31 02 973 bekannte Regaleinheit sind auch Rollwagen bekannt, wie sie beispielsweise im Klinikbereich eingesetzt werden. Wie bei der Regaleinheit sind vier Eckelemente vorgesehen, die die zu tragenden Teile wie Schubkästen und Platten tragen.
  • Bei Konsolen werden die zu tragenden Elemente nur an einer rückwärtigen Seite getragen und kragen von dieser Rückseite aus hervor. An die Verbindung zwischen den zu tragenden Elementen und den Tragteilen werden bei einer Konsole besondere Anforderungen gestellt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Konsole mit einem Gestell so auszubilden, dass die Verbindung einerseits so stabil ist, dass die Konsole selbst Schubfächer und Geräte aufnehmende Platten tragen kann und dass andererseits die Höhe der Einzelteile der Konsole trotzdem stufenlos einstellbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Konsole mit einem Gestell gelöst, das ein Paar sich parallel zueinander erstreckender Winkelprofile aufweist, die jeweils eine sich in ihrer Längsrichtung erstrekkende T-Nut-förmige Ausnehmung mit einem Längsteil und einem Querteil aufweisen, die mit ihrem Längsteil durch die Ecke des Winkelprofils verläuft und gegen beide Schenkel des Winkelprofils geneigt ist, und mit einem Konsolenelement, das durch in die T-Nuten der Winkelprofile eingreifende Schrauben und in den Querteilen der T-Nuten angeordnete Muttern an dem Gestell befestigt ist.
  • Mit der so ausgebildeten Konsole wird eine stufenlos in der Höhe verstellbare Verbindung erreicht, die so stabil ist, dass die Konsole selbst in Form von Rollwagen verwendbar ist, ohne dass ein solcher Rollwagen die sonst üblichen vier tragenden Elemente benötigt. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Im Anspruch 2 ist beansprucht, dass das Winkelprofil ein T-Profil ist, in dessen beiden Winkelecken jeweils eine T-Nut verläuft. Durch diese Ausbildung können an beiden Seiten des «Längsstrichs» des T-Profils Konsolenelemente angesetzt werden. Ein derartiger als T- Profil ausgebildeter Konsolenträger eignet sich beispielsweise als Mittelelement in einem Regal, dessen senkrechte Regalstützen in den jeweiligen Ecken aus 90°-Winkelprofilen bestehen.
  • Durch die in Anspruch 3 angegebene Verwendung eines Formstücks wird eine besonders vorteilhafte 45°-Pressung des Konsolenelements an dem Konsolenträger erzielt, durch die die Stabilität der Konsole weiter erhöht wird.
  • Das Formteil kann ein Stab sein, dessen Querschnitt die Form eines rechtwinkligen Dreiecks hat, und in dem sich ein Schlitz derart befindet, dass der Kopf der Schraube auf der Hypotenuse des Dreiecks aufliegt.
  • Das Formstück kann gemäss Anspruch 4 auch ein Rundstab sein, den die Schraube mittig durchsetzt. Durch die Verwendung eines Rundstabs erhält man eine «Zwei-Punkt-Anpressung», die zu einer 1:1 -Teilung der Aufhängekräfte und damit zu einer sehr stabilen Befestigung des Konsolenelementes an dem Konsolenträger führt.
  • Nach Anspruch 5 ist es ferner möglich, auf das Formstück zu verzichten und das Konsolenelement in der Winkelecke, mit der es an dem Winkelprofil anliegt, mit einer Abflachung zu versehen, auf der der Kopf der Schraube aufliegt.
  • Zusätzlich zu der in der Winkelecke bzw. bei Verwendung eines T-Profils in den Winkelecken angebrachten T-Nut können derartige T-Nuten auch an den Innen- und Aussenseiten der Winkelprofile angebracht werden (Anspruch 6). Hierdurch ist es möglich, zusätzliche Elemente an dem Konsolenträger anzubringen, die nicht in der Winkelecke des Winkelprofils anliegen. Diese zusätzlichen T-Nuten können daneben auch dazu verwendet werden, die Konsolenträger an irgendwelchen anderen Gegenständen, Wänden etc. zu befestigen.
  • Ferner können gemäss Anspruch 7 spezielle Löcher in den Winkelprofilen zur Befestigung der Profile, d.h. der Konsolenträger an den Wänden, anderen Winkelprofilen etc. vorgesehen werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemässen Konsolenträger, d.h. die Winkel- oder T-Profile sind vorteilhafter Weise Strangpressprofile aus Aluminium (Anspruch 8). Insbesondere für weniger belastete Konsolenträger ist es jedoch auch möglich, aus Blechen gebogene Winkelprofile zu verwenden (Anspruch 9).
  • Die erfindungsgemäss ausgebildete Konsole kann beispielsweise für freistehende oder an der Wand befestigte Regalsysteme verwendet werden. Ferner ist es mit der erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten Konsole auch möglich, kleine kompakte und leichtvariierbare Einheiten, wie Schubladenwagen zu realisieren, bei denen ohne weiteres eine Höhenverstellung beispielsweise eines Schubladenblocks möglich ist (Anspruch 10).
  • Die hohe Stabilität der erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten Konsole erlaubt dabei, auf Querverstrebungen der Konsolen zu verzichten. Vielmehr genügt es für einen stabilen Stand, wenn Konsolen, die beispielsweise einen Schubladenwagen bilden, lediglich über Konsolenelemente, beispielsweise einen Schubladenblock miteinander verbunden sind (Anspruch 11).
  • Dabei ist es ohne weiteres möglich, zusätzlich zu dem Schubladenblock weitere Elemente wie Tischplatten etc. auch nachträglich anzubringen. Dies ist insbesondere bei der Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Schubladeneinheit in Krankenhäusern etc. vorteilhaft.
  • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung:
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher beschrieben, in der zeigen:
    • Figur 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen erfindungsgemässen Konsolenträger mit einem daran angebrachten Konsolenelement,
    • Figur 2 den in Figur 1 dargestellten Konsolenträger, an dem ein Konsolenelement ohne Formstück befestigt ist, und
    • Figur 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung eines Schubladenwagens, der aus erfindungsgemässen Konsolen aufgebaut ist.
  • Darstellung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele:
  • Figur 1 zeigt einen Konsolenträger 1, der aus einem Winkelprofil mit zwei Schenkeln 2 bzw. 2' besteht. In der Winkelecke des Winkelprofils verläuft eine T-Nut 3. Der «senkrechte Strich» 4 der T-Nut mündet dabei in der Winkelecke, während die T-Aufweitung 5, d.h. der «Querstrich» des «T» einen 45°-Winkel mit den Schenkeln 2 bzw. 2' einschliesst.
  • Die T-Aufweitung 5 ist so ausgebildet, dass in sie eine Mutter 6 eingesetzt werden kann, in die eine Schraube 7 einschraubbar ist, die den Teil 4 der T - N ut 3 durchsetzt.
  • Mit der Schraube 7 wird ein Konsolenelement 8 an dem Winkelprofil eingeschraubt. Zur gleichmässigen Anpressung des Konsolenelementes 8 an dem Konsolenträger 1 ist ein Formstück 9 mit einer Bohrung bzw. einem Schlitz 10 vorgesehen. Die Schraube 7 durchsetzt dann die Bohrung 10 des Formstücks 9 sowie den Teil 4 der T-Nut, wobei der Kopf der Schraube auf dem Formstück aufliegt.
  • Hierdurch wird das Konsolenelement gleichmässig an die Schenkel des Konsolenträgers angepresst.
  • Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel wird als Formstück 9 ein Rundstab verwendet. Durch die mit dem Rundstab erreichte 1:1 -Anpressung wird eine gleichmässige Krafteinleitung in die beiden Schenkel des Winkelprofils und damit eine stabile Aufhängung des Konsolenelementes an dem Konsolenträger erzielt. Natürlich ist es auch möglich, beispielsweise einen Stab mit dreieckigem Querschnitt als Formstück 9 zu verwenden.
  • Figur 2 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Anstelle eines Winkelprofils mit zwei Schenkeln 2 und 2' wird ein T-Profil 16 verwendet. In den beiden Winkelecken 171 und 172 des T-Profils befinden sich T-Nuten 3i bzw.'32, die in gleicher Weise wie die T-Nut 3 bei dem in Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ausgebildet sind. Hierdurch ist es möglich, zwei Konsolenelemente 81 un 82 an dem Konsolenträger zu befestigen. Damit kann der Konsolenträger beispielsweise als Mittelstück eines freistehenden Regalsystems Verwendung finden.
  • Darüberhinaus ist es auch möglich, den Konsolenträger beispielsweise an einer Gebäudewand anzuschrauben. Hierzu sind in dem «Querschenkel» des T-Profils Löcher 18 vorgesehen, mit denen der Konsolenträger an einer Wand oder einem anderen Gegenstand befestigt werden kann.
  • Ferner ist bei dem in Figur 2 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung auf das Formstück verzichtet. Statt dessen haben die Konsolenelemente 81 und 82 in dem an dem T-Profil anliegendem Eckbereich eine sickenartige Abflachung 11 mit einer Bohrung 12, die von der Schraube 7 durchsetzt wird. Dabei liegt der Kopf der Schraube 7 auf der Abflachung 11 auf. Hierdurch wird ebenfalls eine gleichmässige Anpressung des Konsolenelements an den Konsolenträger erreicht.
  • Zusätzlich sind bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel im «Längsstrich» des T-Profils zusätzliche T-Nuten 19 vorgesehen, mit denen weitere Elemente an dem Konsolenträger angeschraubt werden können. Darüberhinaus ist es auch möglich, in dem «Querstrich» des T-Profils zusätzlich T-Nuten vorzusehen, die beispielsweise auch dazu dienen können, den Konsolenträger an einem Gerät, einer Wand etc. anzuschrauben.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine Verwendungsmöglichkeit der erfindungsgemässen Konsole. Mittels zweier Konsolen 1 bzw. 1' jst ein Schubladenwagen realisiert, dessen Schubladeneinheit in gleicher Weise an den Konsolenträgern 1 bzw. 1' wie die in den Figuren 1 oder 2 gezeigten Konsolenelemente 8 befestigt ist. Zusätzlich ist an dem Schubladenwagen, d.h. an den Konsolen 1 bzw. 1' ein Tischen 13 in gleicher Weise befestigt.
  • Die hohe Stabilität der erfindungsgemässen Konsole erlaubt es, auf Querverstrebungen der Konsolen 1 bzw. 1' zu verzichten. Vielmehr genügt es, wenn die Konsolen 1 bzw. 1' an in Längsrichtung des Schubladenwagens verlaufenden Trägern 14 befestigt sind, an denen auch die Rollen 15 der Schubladenwagen angeschraubt sind.
  • Der in Figur 3 dargestellte Schubladenwagen ist lediglich ein Beispiel für Anwendungen der erfindungsgemäss gestalteten Konsolen. Mit den erfindungsgemäss gestalteten Konsolen können beispielsweise auch Regalsysteme realisiert werden, die frei stehen oder an einer Wand befestigt sind.
  • Die Konsolenträger können vorteilhafterweise Strangpressprofile aus Aluminium sein. In diesen Winkelprofilen können dabei zusätzliche T-Nuten vorgesehen werden, die in gleicher Weise wie die T-Nuten in den Winkelecken zum Anschrauben von weiteren Zubehörteilen dienen können. Daneben können die Konsolträger, d.h. die Winkel-oder T-Träger auch aus einem Blech gebogene Blechprofile sein: Das Stahlblech wird einfach entsprechend der gewünschten Innen- und Aussenkontur des Profils gebogen. Derartige Konsolträger eignen sich insbesondere für Anwendungen, bei denen an den Konsolträgern nur leichte bis mittelschwere Lasten befestigt werden müssen.

Claims (10)

1. Konsole mit einem Gestell (1, 14, 15, 16), das ein Paar sich parallel zueinander erstreckender Winkelprofile (1, 16) aufweist, die jeweils eine sich in ihrer Längsrichtung erstreckende T-Nut-förmige Ausnehmung (3) mit einem Längsteil (4) und einem Querteil (5) aufweisen, die mit ihrem Längsteil (4) durch die Ecke des Winkelprofils (1, 16) verläuft und gegen beide Schenkel des Winkelprofils geneigt ist, und mit einem Konsolenelement (8), das durch in die T-Nuten der Winkelprofile eingreifende Schrauben (7) und in den Querteilen (5) der T-Nuten angeordnete Muttern (6) an dem Gestell befestigt ist.
2. Konsole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Winkelprofile (1, 16) ein T-Profil (16) ist, in dessen beiden Winkelecken (171,172) jeweils eine T-Nut (31, 32) verläuft.
3. Konsole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf der Schraube (7) zur gleichmässigen Anpressung des Konsolenelementes (8) an das jeweilige Winkelprofil (1, 16) auf einem Formstück (9) aufliegt.
4. Konsole nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formstück ein Rundstab (9) ist, den die Schraube (7) mittig durchsetzt.
5. Konsole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Konsolenelement (8) in der Winkelecke, mit der es an dem Winkelprofil (1, 16) anliegt, eine Abflachung (11) aufweist.
6. Konsole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an wenigstens einem der Schenkel des Winkelprofils (1, 16) in einem Abstand von der Winkelecke eine weitere T-Nut (19) vorgesehen ist.
7. Konsole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Winkelprofil (1, 16) Löcher (18) zum Anschrauben des Winkelprofils (1, 16) an einer Wand oder an sonstigen Gegenständen vorgesehen sind.
8. Konsole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Winkelprofile bildenden Profile (1, 16) Strangpressprofile aus Aluminium sind.
9. Schubladeneinheit mit Konsolen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der ein Schubladenblock in ein Gestell einhängbar ist, an dessen Bodenplatte oder Bodenrahmen Rollen (15) befestigt sein können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der hinteren Längsseite einer Bodenplatte bzw. eines Bodenrahmens zwei stehende Konsolenträger (1, 1') befestigt sind, an denen ein Schubladenblock angeschraubt ist.
10. Schubladeneinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenrahmen lediglich aus zwei Längsträgern (14) ohne Querverbindung besteht.
