Abstract
Dans le but d'augmenter le rendement d'une scie à ruban, on prévoit de faire circuler verticalement le ruban de la scie autour de poulies fixes (1, 14) disposées horizontalement et de créer un deuxième lieu de coupe (7) avec la section de retour du ruban qui est déplacée parallèlement contre la première section du ruban par deux poulies (4) disposées à 90o par rapport au ruban. On peut aussi augmenter le rendement de la scie à ruban par deux dispositifs de ce genre disposés symétriquement et aussi déplaçables l'un contre l'autre. Le rendement de la scie à ruban est aussi augmenté en prévoyant sur les roues de commande du ruban des saillies (17) qui accrochent dans des évidements (16) du ruban.
