Claims (10)

1. Dispositif de cisaillement et montage sous caches de diapositives pour l'introduction automatique d'un morceau d'un film de diapositives dans un cache (R) à volets en deux parties, comportant un boîtier (10) avec une glissière du film (1.1) à son côté supérieur pour le déplacement guidé longitudinal d'une bande de film, un dispositif d'entraînement (2.6) pour son avancement, un dispositif de cisaillement (2.1, 2.3) constitué d'un mors fixe et d'un mors mobile au bord de la glissière du film, et une cuve (4) avec un fond (4.1) disposé obliquement vers le bas par rapport au plan de la glissière du film pour l'introduction et le soutirage d'un cache de diapositives en direction d'avance, caractérisé en ce que la cuve (4) comporte aux parois latérales (4.2) des rainures de guidages dimensionnées selon la largeur du cache de diapositives, et ce, à l'un côté, environ centriquement chacune une première rainure de guidage (4.8) pour la partie inférieure (Ru) du cache et, au-dessus de celle-ci, un coin déflecteur plat (4.3) pour la partie supérieure (Ro) du cache articulée à la partie inférieure du cache lors de l'introduction du cache, et, à l'autre côté, au bord supérieur de son fond (4.1 chacune une deuxième rainure de guidage (4.9) lors du soutirage du cache.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les coins réflecteurs (4.3) en combinaison avec le fond (4.1) forment les premières rainures de guidage (4.8).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des nervures plates (4.4) aux deux parois latérales en combinaison avec le fond (4.1 ) forment les deuxièmes rainures de guidage (4.9).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (4.4) s'enfoncent dans des ajours (4.6) aux parois latérales (4.2) en manière élastique vers le bas dans le fond (4.1 ).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux nervures (4.4) sont disposées à une pièce élastique et recourbée en U (4.5) supportée au-dessous du fond.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la cuve (4), en direction d'avance derrière le dispositif de cisaillement (2.1, 2.3) et devant les coins déflecteurs (4.3) au-dessus du plan de la glissière du film (1.1), un dispositif entraîneur auxiliaire (2.4, 2.5) est prévu, les rouleaux d'entraînement de celui-ci (2.5) s'étendant au-dessous de ce plan jusqu'à une position proche au-dessus du fond de la cuve (4.1 ).

Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'entraînement sont prévus en manière résistante à la torsion à un arbre (2.4) supporté dans les parois latérales (4.2) du boîtier, en relation aux parties des bandes aux rebords du film, cet arbre étant entraîné du dispositif d'entraînement (2.6) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'entraînement continu en croix (2.7).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à la face inférieure du mors fixe (2.1 ) ou de la barre de mors (2.8) supportant celui-ci, une saillie d'arrêt (2.9) pour le bord de la partie inférieure du cache (Ru) est formée.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison du fond de la cuve (4.1) est de 10-15°.
10. Cache à volets en deux parties pour le dispositif de cisaillement et montage sous caches de diapositives selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure du cache (Ro) est divisée par des charnières de film (S) en appui contre les côtés longitudinaux de la fenêtre du cache en une partie (RI) petite solidaire de la partie inférieure du cache (Ru) et une partie (R") grande à volet.
