Claims (8)

1. Equipement d'articulation pour une partie de carrosserie basculante sur un véhicule automobile, en particulier pour un capot de coffre à bagages (2) d'une carrosserie de voiture de tourisme, se composant essentiellement d'au moins une pièce de réception (7) fixée rigidement sur la structure du véhicule avec une fente de guidage (14) se développant dans le sens longitudinal du véhicule, dans laquelle un tourillon support (12) d'un bras charnière (9) adjoint à une partie de carrosserie basculante est guidé en rotation et décalable, le long de la fente de guidage, au moyen d'un bras support (10), articulé sur le bras charnière, lequel est fixé de son côté de manière tournante sur la structure du véhicule (4), caractérisé en ce que le bras support (10) est décalable sur le tourillon support (12), ou bien est articulé dans la zone de celui-ci et en ce que la section d'extrémité du bras support (10), fixée sur la structure du véhicule (4), est située à peu près verticalement au-dessous ou bien au-dessus de centre (b) du tourillon support (12).
2. Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras support (10), lorsque son développement est orienté vers le bas, est articulé à sa section d'extrémité supérieure au moyen du tourillon support (12), dans la zone du bras charnière (9) et est de forme repliée, le tourillon support (12) émergeant à cette occasion, par une joue latérale (10') du bras support, alors qu'un cylindre à pression de gaz (11) ou similaire est articulé dans cette zone angulaire, lequel agit sur le bras charnière (9), avec sa zone finale qui lui fait face, de telle sorte qu'est formé un élément de charnière (8), situé dans un plan fermé et composé d'éléments articulés entre eux.
3. Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 1, servant pour un capot frontal ou bien un capot de coffre à bagages (2), qui est relié à chacune de ses deux zones limitrophes latérales avec une pièce de réception (7), caractérisé en ce que la pièce de réception (7), exécutée en tôle, possède une forme extérieure à peu près rectangulaire et que ses côtés situés dans la largeur se développent de manière à peu près verticale, un prologement (13), faisant saillie du côté situé dans la largeur, étant à cette occasion prévu dans la zone d'extrémité supérieure de la pièce de réception, prolongement comprenant la fente de guidage (14), dont l'ouverture en mâchoire (14") est tournée vers le côté frontal du véhicule, ou bien vers le côté arrière du véhicule, alors qu'un évidemment support (15) est situé dans la zone d'extrémité inférieure de la pièce de prise, au-dessous de la fente de guidage qui sert à recevoir un boulon support (17), prévu dans la section d'extrémité inférieure du bras support (10), et est disposée dans une saillie (16).
4. Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la fente de guidage (14) se développe de manière courbe autour du centre (a) de l'évidemment support (15) et est d'une longueur d'environ 40 à 50 mm, son centre se trouvant à cette occasion environ verticalement au-dessous du centre (b), lors de la première position (I) du centre de rotation du tourillon support (12).
5. Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une goupille support (18), avec un cliquet à cran (20) guidé de manière basculante, est prévue sur le prolongement (13) de la pièce de réception (7). Le cliquet à cran possède une languette d'arrêt (24) et un prolongement d'appui (25) au voisinage de celle-ci, les deux émergeant dans la fente de guidage (14), lors de la position de repos du cliquet à cran, qui est soumis à l'action d'un ressort, le tourillon support (12) étant à cette occasion maintenu contre la nervure (14') de la fente de guidage, par un flanc (24') de la languette d'arrêt, ceci dans la première position du centre de rotation I), alors que le tourillon support s'appuie en sa deuxième position (II) du centre de rotation, sur un évidemment (25') en forme de demi-cercle du prolongement d'appui, qui obture à cette occasion l'ouverture en mâchoire (14") de la fente de guidage.
6. Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est adjoint au prolongement (13) de la pièce de réception (7) une pièce de tôle repliée (13'), située à distance d'un plan, qui entoure avec le prolongement un espace creux (c), traversé par la goupille support (18).

Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le flanc (24') de la languette d'arrêt (24) s'étend en position de repos du cliquet à cran (20) jusqu'à la zone médiane de la nervure (14') de la fente de guidage (4), en forme de demi-cercle et se raccorde au flanc d'un flanc dorsal (24") se développant en biais par rapport au prolongement d'appui (25), le prolongement d'appui possédant à cette occasion une poignée (26) émergeant vers le bas.
8. Equipement d'articulation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'espace creux (c) est parcouru par une goupille d'appui (23) disposée au voisinage de la goupille support (18) et en ce que la goupille support est entourée d'un ressort à branches (21), situé à côté du cliquet à cran (20), dont les deux sections d'extémités (2L', 21") sont guidées sur un repli (22) du cliquet à cran et reposent sur lui à cette occasion, les sections d'extrémités s'appuyant sur la goupille d'appui, avec une précontrainte, ceci dans la position de repos du cliquet à cran.
