Claims (4)

1. Serrure, pour une partie mobile de la superstructure d'un véhicule de charge ou camion, ou pour une partie mobile d'une caisse telle qu'un conteneur, comportant un support (11 ) sur lequel est articulé un pêne pivotant (23) destiné a s'engager en position de fermeture dans une gâche solidaire d'une partie fixe de la structure considérée; et un levier (15) de manœuvre à main articulé sur le support (11 ) pour actionner le pêne pivotant (23), par l'intermédiaire d'un organe (21 ) de liaison articulé d'une part sur un bras basculant (25) du pêne pivotant (23) et d'autre part sur le levier (15) de manoeuvre à main; celui-ci étant retenu en position basse, correspondant à la position de fermeture de la serrure, par un effet d'arc-boutement d'un sys- téme articulé à trois axes (14, 20, 22), qui est déformé au-delà de son point mort dans la position précitée; l'axe (22) de pivotement du pêne (23) étant en outre monté à coulisse, et la longueur de l'organe (21) de liaison monté entre le levier (15) de manoeuvre à main et le bras basculant (25) du pêne pivotant (23) étant choisie pour que le levier (15) de manoeuvre à main ne soit pas encore en position de fermeture, lorsque le pêne pivotant (23) a cessé de tourner pendant la fermeture de la serrure; et un coulisseau (34) monté sur le support (11 ) étant prévu par ailleurs pour être actionné par le mouvement de fermeture du levier (15) de manoeuvre à main, au moyen d'un organe (35) de poussée, qui est articulé d'une part sur le coulisseau (34) et d'autre part sur le levier (15) de manoeuvre à main, le coulisseau (34) venant ainsi s'engager en position de verrouillage sous le pêne pivotant (23), afin d'interdire le pivotement de celui-ci; la serrure étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte les particularités suivantes, isolément ou en combinaison:
1) Un ressort (53) de rappel, travaillant en poussée, sollicite le mécanisme de la serrure vers sa position d'ouverture complète;
2) Un dispositif de verrouillage (60-64) est prévu sur le levier (15) de manoeuvre à main, pour retenir ce levier en position de fermeture, à l'encontre d'un autre organe (35, 65) du mécanisme de la serrure;
3) Au pêne pivotant (23) est associée une gâche (56) de retenue, dans laquelle le pêne (23) s'engage en position de fermeture, et à l'entrée de laquelle est disposé un bossage (58) ayant une face d'appui opposée à l'entrée de la gâche; le pêne (23) venant porter contre cette face d'appui du bossage (58), en position de fermeture.
4) Sur le coulisseau (34), est monté un organe (55) de retenue, sous lequel vient s'engager le bras basculant (25) du pêne pivotant (23), ou une pièce (54) rigidement liée à ce bras basculant (25), en fin de manoeuvre de fermeture.
2. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (53) de rappel est logé dans un couloir embouti (51) prévu dans le coulisseau (34) et d'autre part sur un bossage (52) du support (11).
3. Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage consiste en un coulisseau (60), sollicité par un ressort de rappel (63), et portant au moins un crochet (64) en saillie qui s'engage dans un évidement (65) correspondant de l'organe (35) de poussée monté entre le levier (15) de manoeuvre à main et le coulisseau (34).
4. Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la gâche (56) de retenue présente, à l'opposé de la serrure par rapport à son bossage d'entrée (58), une nervure interne (59) qui s'engage dans une gorge correspondante du pêne piviotant (23).
