Claims (4)

1. Fastener for a movable body member of mot- ortrucks, containers and the like, comprising a rotary lock member (23) which is rotatably mounted and adapted to be turned behind a counter element of a fixed body member and which is rotatable by a hand lever (15) articulated to the support (11) via a connecting member (21 ) articulated on the one hand to a crank arm (25) of the rotary lock member (23) and on the other hand to the hand lever (15), the hand lever (15) being held down in the closure position by an over dead-centre position of the articulation pints (14, 20, 22), the pivot pin (22) of the rotary lock member (23) further being displaceable and the length of the connecting member (12) between the hand lever (15) and the crank arm (25) at the rotary lock member (23) being so dimensioned that during the closure operation after completed rotary movement of the rotary lock member (23) the hand lever (15) is not yet closed, and in addition on the support (11) a slide (34) is provided which is pushed beneath the rotary lock member (23) into a position locking the rotary movement of the rotary lock member by a push member (35) articulated on the one hand to said slide and on the other to the hand lever (15), characterized by the following features individually or in combination:

4. on the slide (34) a hold-down means (55) is provided beneath which the crank arm (25) on the rotary lock member (23) or a part (54) fixedly connected thereto is brought at the end of the closure operation.
2. Fastener according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring (53) is disposed in a depression (51) of the slide (34) and bears on the one hand on the slide (34) and on the other on a lug (52) on the support (11).
3. Fastener according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the locking means consists of a slide member (60) which is supported by a spring (63) and which comprises at least one hook-shaped lug (64) which engages in a corresponding recess (65) of the push member (35) extending between the hand lever (15) and the slide (34).
4. Fastener according to claim 1,2 or 3, characterized in that the counter holder (56) comprises on the side of the projection (58) remote from the fastener a rib (59) which engages in a corresponding recess on the rotary lock member (23).
