Claims (11)

1. Disposition de fixation pour un élément encastré dans une plaque de base, en particulier pour évier et analogue dans un plan de travail de cuisine, constitué d'un corps de base, qui peut être encliqueté avec une saillie dans l'élément encastré, muni de languettes opposées et d'un élément de serrage, et constitué de plus d'un élément en forme de collier avec griffes de préhension, qui peut être relié à la plaque de base au moyen de l'élément de serrage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un prolongement élastique (4) est prévu sur le corps de base (1) dans la zone de l'élément de serrage (2), en ce que l'extrémité libre (4c) du prolongement (4) se trouve, à chaque fois, en place contre l'élément (3) en forme de collier comportant les griffes de préhension (6) et en ce que le prolongement (4) maintient, à chaque fois, l'élément (3) en forme de collier contre l'élément de serrage (2) en dehors de la position de serrage.
2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (1) et le prolongement élastique (4) sont réalisés en une seule pièce, le prolongement (4) formant pendant la fabrication une bande allongée (4a) ou pouvant être réalisé en une forme cintrée.
3. Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement élastique (4) peut être précontraint.
4. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux prolongements (4) s'étendent symétriquement à l'élément de serrage (2).
5. Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (3) en forme de collier est guidé au moyen d'une fente (7) contre l'élément de serrage (2) et au moyen d'au moins une traverse (8) contre le corps de base (1) et peut être réglé transversalement au corps de base (1) ou à l'élément de serrage (2).
6. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (3) en forme de collier, dans la zone de la fente (7), forme au moins un gradin.
7. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (4) à son extrémité libre (4c) est muni d'une ouverture continue (4d) pour l'élément de serrage (2).
8. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (4) comporte au moins une surface de butée (4e) pour l'élément (3) en forme de collier pouvant pivoter dans un plan à peu près horizontal.
9. Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (4) est disposé pour l'essentiel à l'intérieur de l'épaisseur ou de la largeur du corps de base (1 ).
10. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (4), avec son extrémité libre (4c), se trouve entre des segments (3a, 3b) espacés parallèlement de l'élément (3) en forme de collier, l'élément de serrage (2) traversant aussi bien l'élément (3) en forme de collier que l'extrémité libre (4c) du prolongement (4).
11. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (3) en forme de collier est muni de plusieurs bras de levier (11) comportant chacun des griffes de préhension (6) et s'étendant selon plusieurs directions dans un plan.
