Claims (6)

1. Dispositif pour assembler les parties d'un profilé composite thermiquement isolé constitué de deux profilés métalliques et d'au moins une barre isolante (47), selon lequel la barre isolante s'engage dans des rainures des profilés métalliques, et selon lequel les rebords extérieurs (22, 23) des rainures peuvent être déformés et pressés sur la barre isolante au moyen d'un galet moleté (31) ou de plusieurs galets moletés du dispositif, chaque galet moleté étant configuré en forme de disque et étant fixé dans un moyen de serrage fixé de manière amovible sur un arbre (44), caractérisé en ce que le galet moleté (31) est monté dans le moyen de serrage avec possibilité de translation dans le sens axial et de flottement dans une mesure telle que des chevauchements de tolérances défavorables des parties à assembler peuvent être compensés.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la possibilité de translation axiale du galet moleté est de 0,5 à 1 mm de chaque côte à partir d'une position médiane.

6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5. caractérisé en ce que l'angle a entre la face circonférentielle conique (45, 46) et l'horizontale est égal à 30 à 50°.
