Abstract

Der Drehverschlußdeckel für Schüttgutbehälter besteht aus einem Deckelteil (1) und einer darauf drehbeweglich um eine Achse (5) aufliegender Drehscheibe (2). Diese Bauteile weisen auf ihren zu der Achse (5) senkrechten Hauptflächen (3, 4) Schuttöffnungen (10, 15) und Einrastmittel (12, 17) auf, die durch Relativbewegungen nacheinander zur Deckung zu bringen sind. Es soll eine Kindersicherung für die Einraststellung geschaffen werden. Erfindungsgemäß besteht das Einrastmittel aus einem auf einer Federzunge (11) des Deckelteils (1) angeordneten Einrastnocken (12) und einem durchgehenden, zum Niederdrücken eines eingerasteten Nockens (12) mit dem Finger ausreichend großen Einrastloch (17) der Drehscheibe.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drehverschlußdeckel für Schüttgutbehälter bestehend aus einem auf dem Behälter zu fixierenden Deckelteil mit um eine Achse drehbeweglich aufliegender Drehscheibe, wobei Deckelteil und Drehscheibe durch Relativdrehungen nacheinander zur Deckung zu bringende Schüttöffnungen sowie Einrastmittel in ihren zu der Achse etwa senkrechten Hauptflächen besitzen.
  • Verschlüsse vorstehender Art sind von Vorrats- und Streubehältern für Salz und Gewürze bekannt. Die auf der Oberseite des Deckelteils um eine Achse drehbar aufgesetzte Drehscheibe kann in einigen Schwenkstellungen mehrere verschieden große bzw. unterschiedlich geformte Öffnungen sowie eine schließende und zugleich einrastende Schwenkstellung aufweisen, wobei die Öffnungen und die Schließstellung mit korrespondierenden Öffnungen und Schließbereichen des Deckelteils zur Deckung zu bringen sind. Die gegenseitigen Winkelabstände der einführenden Schwenkstellungen auf Deckelteil und Drehscheibe weichen so voneinander ab, daß nicht zugleich zwei korrespondierende Öffnungspaare zur Deckung zu bringen sind. Zum Aufbewahren von Schüttgut, z.B. ätzenden Reinigungsmitteln, das in Kinderhände nicht gelangen soll, sind die bekannten Drehverschlüsse nur bedingt geeignet.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Drehverschlußdeckel zu schaffen, der in der Schließstellung so kindergesichert zu arretieren ist, daß Kinder im gefährdeten Alter den Deckel normalerweise nicht öffnen können. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ist bei dem Drehverschlußdeckel eingangs genannter Art bestehend aus einem auf dem zu verschließenden Behälter zu fixierenden Deckelteil mit aufliegender und in einer Schließstellung über Einrastmittel zu arretierenden Drehscheibe dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einrastmittel aus einem federnd gegen die Drehscheibe rückenden Einrastnocken des Deckelteils und einem durchgehenden, zum Niederdrücken des eingerasteten Nockens mit dem Finger ausreichend großen Einrastloch der Drehscheibe besteht.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird ein Verschluß für Pulvergebinde geschaffen, dessen Kindersicherung darin besteht, daß zugleich zwei Manipulationen verschiedener Art - Knopfdrücken und gleichzeitig Drehen in Pfeilrichtung - auszuführen sind.
  • Von besonderer Bedeutung ist im Rahmen der Erfindung die Ausgestaltung des den Einrastnocken tragenden Federelements. Vorzugsweise soll sich der Einrastnocken auf einer aus der Fläche des Deckelteils ausgeschnittenen Federzunge befinden. Durch die gewählte Konstruktion dieser Knopfdruckmechanik steht unter Einbeziehung von Materialauswahl, Dimensionierung und geometrischer Form zum Einstellen der Federcharakteristik ein breiter Bereich zur Verfügung.
  • Gemäß weiterer Erfindung weist die Drehscheibe eine kappenförmig über eine an das Deckelteil angesetzte Umfangswand (innere Umfangswand) übergreifende Umfangswand (äußer3 Umfangswand) auf, wobei die Umfangswände vorzugsweise im wesentlichen die gleiche Neigung gegenüber der auf den Hauptflächen senkrechten Drehachse und wenigstens je eine Sprüh-oder Schüttöffnung besitzen, die mit der jeweils anderen Öffnung durch Relativbewegung zur Deckung zu bringen ist. Auf diese Weise wird ein Pulvergebinde geschaffen, in dem außer der Kindersicherung zumindest eine zum Schütten geeignete Öffnungspaarung in der Deckeloberseite und zumindest zum seitlichen Sprühen geeignete Öffnungspaarung auf dem Umfangsrand einzustellen ist. Die seitliche Sprühöffnung ist wegen der besseren Richtbarkeit des austretenden Schüttgutstrahls besonders vorteilhaft, wenn Pulvermaterialien zu dosieren sind, die wegen ihres hohen Wertes oder ihrer Schädlichkeit nicht verschüttet werden sollen. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung besteht daher auch darin, daß der für das Abfüllen gefährlicher Güter besonders geeignete Drehverschlußdeckel eine Kindersicherung in der Schließstellung besitzt, die noch durch die zusätzliche Abdichtwirkung der kegelstumpfförmig oder zylinderförmig an die Fläche von Drehscheibe und Deckelteil ansetzenden Umfangswände unterstützt wird.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung eines Ausführungsbeispiels werden Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein perspektivisches Bild eines fertig montierten Drehverschlußdeckels; und
    • Fig. 2 ein perspektivisches Bild der Oberseite des auf dem zu verschließenden Behälter zu fixierenden Deckelteils.
  • Der Drehverschlußdeckel gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 besteht aus zwei Teilen, nämlich dem - insbesondere in Fig. 2 dargestellten - Deckelteil 1 und der Drehscheibe 2. Die Drehscheibe 2 ist um eine zur Hauptfläche 3 bzw. 4 von Deckelteil 1 bzw. Drehscheibe 2 senkrechte Achse 5 schwenkbar auf dem Deckelteil 1 gelagert. Als Drehverbindung in der Achse 5 kommt bei vorzugsweiser Ausbildung der Bauteile des Deckels aus Kunststoff ein angeformter Niet aus demselben Material in Frage. Deckelteil 1 und Drehscheibe 2 besitzen jeweils eine angeformte, zylindrische oder kegelstumpfförmige Umfangswand 6 bzw. 7. In der Umfangswand 6 des Deckelteils 1 kann eine Stufe 8 vorgesehen werden, die einen glatten Abschluß der Umfangswand 7 der Drehscheibe 2 mit dem unteren Teil 9 der Umfangswand 6 des Deckelteils 1 gewährleistet.
  • In der Hauptfläche 3 des Deckelteils 1 befinden sich im Ausführungsbeispiel eine Schüttöffnung 10 und ein auf einer in die Hauptfläche 3 eingeschnittenen Federzunge 11 angeordneter Einrastnocken 12. Außerdem weist das Deckelteil 1 auf dem oberen Teil seiner Umfangswand 6 eine relativ kleine Sprühöffnung 13 auf. Mit den Öffnungen 10 und 13 und dem Einrastnocken 12 des Deckelteils 1 sind durch Drehen in Pfeilrichtung 14 eine Schüttöffnung 15 und eine Sprühöffnung 16 sowie ein Einrastloch 17 der Drehscheibe 2 zur Deckung zu bringen. Ersichtlich unterscheiden sich die Winkelabstände zwischen der Schütt-, Sprüh-und Einraststellung auf Deckelteil 1 und Drehscheibe 2 derart, daß bei beliebigem Schwenken zwei zueinandergehörige Paarungen nicht zugleich zur Deckung kommen können.
  • Für das Handhaben des Drehverschlußdeckels ist es besonders günstig, wenn an die Innenfläche der kappenförmig über die zum Deckelteil 1 gehörige innere Umfangswand 6 übergreifende, zur Drehscheibe 2 gehörige äußere Umfangswand 7 ein in eine auf der inneren Umfangswand 6 vorgesehene Nut 18 eingreifender Nocken 19 vorgesehen ist und wenn der in Fig. 1 gestrichelt dargestellte Nocken 19 von einem der Einrastschließstellung zugeordneten ersten Anschlag 20 zu einem der von der Schließstellung am weitesten entfernten Öffnungsstellung zugeordneten zweiten Anschlag 21 bei Schwenken der Drehscheibe 2 über alle Öffnungs- und Einrastpaarungen mit dem Deckelteil 1 in der Nut 18 hin- und herzubewegen ist. Für das Fixieren der jeweiligen Öffnungs- und Einrastpaarungen ist es ferner günstig, wenn auf der dem Deckelteil 1 zugewandten Seite der Hauptfläche 4 der Drehscheibe 2 - auf einem das Einrastloch 17 enthaltenden Kreisbogen 22 um die Achse 5 - je ein bei zur Deckung Kommen eines Öffnungspaars haltender und durch Weiterdrehen der Drehscheibe 2 zu lösender Klemmnocken 23 angeformt ist.

Claims (7)

1. Drehverschlußdeckel für Schüttgutbehälter bestehend aus einem auf dem Behälter zu fixierenden Deckelteil (1) mit um eine Achse (5) drehbeweglich aufliegender Drehscheibe (2), wobei Deckelteil (1) und Drehscheibe (2) durch Relativdrehungen nacheinander zur Deckung zu bringende Schüttöffnungen (10, 15) sowie Einrastmittel (12, 17) in ihren zu der Achse (5) etwa senkrechten Hauptflächen (3, 4) besitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einrastmittel aus einem federnd gegen die Drehscheibe (2) drückenden Einrastnocken (12) des Deckelteils (1) und einem durchgehenden, zum Niederdrücken des eingerasteten Nockens (12) mit dem Finger ausreichend großen Einrastloch (17) in der Drehscheibe (2) besteht.
2. Drehverschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eingerastete Arretierung der Schließstellung nur durch Eindrücken des Einrastnockens (12) und gleichzeitiges Drehen der Drehscheibe (2) zu lösen ist.
3. Drehverschlußdeckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einrastnocken (12) auf einer aus der Hauptfläche (3) des Deckelteils (1) ausgeschnittenen Federzunge (11) angeordnet ist.

Drehverschlußdeckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehscheibe (2) eine kappenförmig über eine an das Deckelteil (1) angeformte, innere Umfangswand (6) übergreifende, äußere Umfangswand (7) aufweist und daß die Umfangswände (6, 7) wenigstens je eine Sprüh- oder Schüttöffnung (13, 16) besitzen, die mit der jeweils anderen Öffnung (16, 13) durch Relativbewegung zur Deckung zu bringen ist.

Drehverschlußdeckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Innenfläche der kappenförmig über die innere Umfangswand (7) übergreifenden äußeren Umfangswand (6) ein in eine auf der inneren Umfangswand (7) vorgesehene Nut (18) eingreifender Nocken (19) angeformt ist und daß der Nocken (19) von einem der Einrastschließstellung zugeordneten, ersten Anschlag (20) zu einem von der Schließstellung am weitesten entfernten Öffnungsstellung zugeordneten zweiten Anschlag (21) bei Schwenken der Drehscheibe (2) über alle Öffnungs- und Einrastpaarungen mit dem Deckelteil (1) in der Nut (18) hin- und herzubewegen ist.

Drehverschlußdeckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in der jeweiligen Hauptfläche (3, 4) von Deckelteil (1) und Drehscheibe (2) vorgesehenes Öffnungspaar (10, 15) eine zum Schütten ausreichende Größe aufweist und daß ein in den Umfangswänden (6, 7) befindliches Öffnungspaar (13, 16) zum seitlichen Sprühen ausgebildet ist.

Drehverschlußdeckel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Deckelteil (1) zugewandten Fläche der Drehscheibe (2) - auf einem das Einrastloch (17) enthaltenden Kreisbogen (22) um die Achse (5) - je ein beim zur Deckung Kommen eines Öffnungspaars haltender und durch Weiterdrehen der Drehscheibe (2) zu lösender Klemmnocken (23) angeordnet ist.
