Claims (6)

1. Dispositif permettant de fabriquer des éléments profilé à paroi mince à partir d'une composition non-expansible faite de fibres et d'une résine synthétique thermodurcissable, dispositif qui comprend un outil inférieur de compression (3), presentant des cavités de formage recevant la composition à comprimer, et un outil supérieur de compression (4) de forme complémentaire, et dans lequel sont prévus des organes (6) de répartition de matière compressible, pénétrant dans les cavités de formage de l'outil inférieur de compression (3), lors du remplissage de celles-ci par la composition à comprimer, caractérisé en ce que les organes (6) de répartition de matière compressible, dont la configuration est adaptée à celle des cavités de formage, sont fixés à un cadre (7) et, avant que l'on verse la composition, peuvent, à l'aide de ce cadre, être engagés entre l'outil supérieur de compression (4) et l'outil inférieur de compression (3) et abaissés en direction de l'outil inferieur de compression (3) de telle manière que les organes (6) de répartition de matière compressible pénètrent dans les cavités de formage.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de répartition de matière compressible sont constitués par des nervures en forme de couteaux qui sont fixées parallèlement entre elles, sur le cadre (7).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de répartition de matière compressible comprennent au moins un ensemble cruciforme de couteaux fixé au cadre (7).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de répartition de matière compressible comprennent au moins un corps pyramidal fixé au cadre (7).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de répartition de matière compressible comprennent au moins un corps de forme conique fixé au cadre (7).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et l'une au moins des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (7), portant les organes de répartition de matière compressible, est pourvu d'une commande additionnelle qui est en mesure d'animer les organes de répartition de matière compressible d'un mouvemant répété permanent dans une direction formant avec la direction de compression un angle different de zero.
