Abstract
PURPOSE: To create tasteful, varied patterns easily and reduce molding time by studding synthetic resin pellets for making pattens on the bottom of a cavity, supplying base pellets there and thermo-molding them.
CONSTITUTION: The drag 2 of a set of thermo-molding molds for molding a flushplate with a pattern is provided with projections 10 for bass holes 9 of the plate body, projection 11 for fitting holes 8 on the bottom surface of a cavity. On the bottom the cavity color pellets 1a, 1b of synthetic resin pattern pellets 1 are supplied dottedly so that a desired pattern may be formed and base pellets 4 are supplied all over the cavity. Then the cope 5 is let down, the pellets are thermo-set under pressure and a flush plate decorated with a pattern is obtained. The pattern is made by combination of molding resins and the flush plate is wear-resisting and exceedingly durable and can be produced in the same time as the monocolored moldings.
