DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of molding a patterned flash plate, in which synthetic resin pellets 1 for various patterns are weighed through the respective weighing holes 12 of a weighing jig 13, and molded into the cavity 3 of the lower mold 2. At the same time, synthetic resin base material pellets 4 are supplied to the cavity 3, and the upper mold 5 is placed in the lower mold 2.
The present invention relates to a method for forming a patterned flash plate, which is characterized by hot-pressing molding by overlapping two layers. Figures 1 and 2 are cross-sectional views of a patterned flash plate, in which the surface of the plate body 6 is patterned with patterned paper 7, with mounting holes 8 at both ends and a boss hole 9 in the center.
is provided. Patterned paper 7 as shown in Figure 1
In the case of a patterned flash plate formed by thermo-pressing molding of a synthetic resin base material pellet 4, for example, a patterned paper 7 impregnated with melamine resin is placed in the cavity of the lower mold 2 as shown in FIG. After laying it on 3,
When the base material pellets 4 of synthetic resin are supplied and hot-press molded, the pattern paper 7 is formed as the base material pellets 4 flow.
There was a possibility that it would break. Therefore, in such a case, it is necessary to open the upper mold 5 in the middle of the molding process, insert the resin-impregnated pattern paper 7 between the half-formed plate body 6 and the lower mold 2, and then perform hot-press molding again. It was hot. Therefore, it is approximately 30% smaller than that of normal thermoforming.
(10 to 20 seconds) It took a long time and was expensive. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, if the pattern paper 7 is pasted with adhesive on the surface of the pre-formed plate body 6, there is a possibility that the pattern paper 7 may partially peel off from the plate body 6, resulting in long There is also a possibility that the quality of the adhesive deteriorates over time. Furthermore, if the patterned paper 7 becomes dirty, it cannot be wiped off with a cloth. Furthermore, patterns using patterned paper 7, which is mainly printed, lose their freshness and become monotonous over time, making it difficult to create patterns rich in a variety of tastes that satisfy individual desires. The present invention
It was created in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional products, and it has a variety of patterns that are rich in variety and taste, and that do not discolor or disappear due to wear even after long-term use. Moreover, it provides a method for molding a flash plate with a deep pattern that gives a sense of unity with the plate, and also provides a method for molding in almost the same molding time as when molding a conventional single-color flash plate without a pattern. The purpose is to

The present invention will be explained below with reference to Examples. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the main parts of a direct pressure molding die for molding the patterned flash plate of the present invention, where 5 is an upper mold for pressing, and 2 is a cavity that fits the upper mold 5. 3, on the bottom of which a protrusion 10 for forming the boss hole 9 of the plate body 5 and a protrusion 11 for forming the attachment hole 8 are provided. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper mold 5 is opened upward, and the colored red pellets 1a of the pattern pellets 1 made of synthetic resin such as urea resin are placed at the bottom of the cavity 3 of the lower mold 2.
Green pellets 1b are supplied in a scattered manner to form a desired floral pattern, and urea resin base material pellets 4 are supplied throughout the cavity 3. Next, the upper mold 5 is lowered to a temperature of 140 to 150°C.
After hot pressing at a pressure of 170 to 200 kg/cm 2 , the pressure is released to obtain a patterned flash plate as shown in FIG. The floral pattern of the resulting flash plate is rich in taste as the pattern when the red pellets 1a and green pellets 1b are supplied for pattern formation changes, and is molded deeply into the inside of the plate body 5 to prevent wear. It expresses a variety of extremely beautiful floral patterns that remain deep and beautiful even when exposed to sunlight. Although a phenol resin may be used as the synthetic resin, it is preferable to use the same resin in order to make the curing and molding speed of the resin uniform. Furthermore, when feeding the pattern pellets 1 to the bottom of the cavity 3 of the lower mold 2, it is possible to use a plate-shaped weighing jig 13 for weighing the pattern pellets 1 as shown in FIG. To shorten the supply time of pellets 1. The weighing jig 13 in the figure is provided with holes 12 for weighing the patterned pellets 1, and for example, the red patterned pellets 1 are placed in 12a and 12b, respectively.
a. Weigh the green pattern pellet 1b and place it into the lower mold 2.
By supplying the base material pellets 4 so as to form a pattern on the bottom of the cavity 3, and supplying the base material pellets 4 to the entire cavity 3, the pellet supply time can be shortened. Therefore, the time required for the molding process does not become longer than in the case of monochromatic molding. Alternatively, the pattern pellets 1 may be solidified in advance into the shape of a flower or animal and then supplied to the bottom of the cavity 3 of the lower mold 2.
FIG. 8 shows a patterned flash plate obtained by molding, for example, red pattern pellets 1a which have been hardened in advance into a flower pattern.

The effects of the present invention are summarized below. Since the pattern is composed of a combination of synthetic resins themselves, the pattern is not damaged by wear, and a patterned flash plate that can withstand long-term use can be provided. In addition, since the pattern pellets and base material pellets are supplied and the patterns are applied with the pattern pellets, part of the pattern changes during molding, creating a variety of richly textured and deep patterns. Ru. Furthermore, the pellets for various patterns of synthetic resin are weighed through the respective measuring holes of the weighing jig and are supplied so as to be scattered on the bottom surface of the cavity of the lower mold, so that the time required to supply the pellets for patterns can be shortened. The pellets for the base material are supplied together with the pellets for the pattern into the cavity of the lower mold, and the subsequent molding method is the same as the molding method for conventional single-color products, so the molding time is almost the same and there is almost no increase in cost.
