After forming a colored layer on the top surface by hot stamping, painting, etc., the base layer side is usually integrally molded onto the entire back surface using an opaque resin colored in a different color from this colored layer.

In order to create a decorative pattern or a line pattern on the decorative surface, thin protrusions must also be formed on the cavity space surface, which not only increases the mold cost, but also makes it difficult to create decorative molded products with a single pattern. As a result, a single mold cannot meet diversifying needs.

After temporarily fixing the sheet-shaped identification member to the base layer side or surface layer side, the sheet-shaped identification member is attached along the uneven surface by the flow pressure inside the cavity of the molten resin that is laminated as the base layer side or surface layer side. An identification pattern is sandwich-molded between the surface layer side and the base layer side, and is aligned and adhered to the previous uneven surface, so that the surface layer side and the base layer side are integrally molded with each other.

A decorative molded product with excellent decorativeness can be manufactured by forming a line pattern that is completely in sync with the other surface within the surface of the identification pattern.

As for the synthetic resin, a colored opaque synthetic resin such as a mixture of polycarbonate resin and ABS resin is used for the base layer side, and if a light-reflecting substance such as metal powder is mixed with this, the decorativeness will be enhanced. You can improve. Furthermore, a colorless or colored transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin such as methyl methacrylate resin can be used for the surface layer side. Each of the synthetic resins is filled into the cavity mold 6.7 from the injection nozzle 8.9 in a molten state, but in order to avoid mixing with each other during stacking, the synthetic resins that are injection molded first have a melting temperature of 250 to 270. It is preferable to use a synthetic resin having a relatively low melting temperature of about 230 to 240°C as the synthetic resin to be laminated and molded later.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a colored and opaque synthetic resin 21' is filled to form a base layer side 21 like that of the core mold 3b.

The fixture can be integrally molded. When the cavity mold 6 moves away from the mold after forming the base layer side 21, the base 2 rotates 90 degrees and moves upward in FIG. 1 like the core mold 3b while holding the base layer side 21 and stops. An identification member 22 formed into a sheet shape is temporarily fixed to the base layer side 21 as shown in FIG. As the identification member 22, a metal foil such as aluminum or stainless steel or a thermoplastic resin film or sheet such as vinyl chloride cut into a desired shape may be used, or as shown in FIG. 4, a metal or resin film or sheet may be used. A sheet 22a provided with a printed portion 22b of a different color may be used. An adhesive can be attached to the back surface for temporary fixing, and it is not necessary to attach it along the uneven surface 21a of the base layer side 21 during this temporary fixing. After the identification member 22 is attached, the base 2 is rotated by 90 degrees, thereby moving to the right side in FIG. Face to face with 7. This cavity mold 7 moves in close proximity to form an injection nozzle 9 in the space with the core mold 3c, as shown in FIG.
When a colored transparent synthetic resin 23' is filled, the synthetic resin 23' spreads into the cavity space along the uneven surface of the base layer side 21, thereby forming the surface layer side. When injecting this synthetic resin 23', in addition to using a material with a relatively low melting temperature as described above,
In order to prevent the injection pressure of the molten resin 23' from directly acting on the uneven surface 21a of the base layer side 21, the molten resin is passed through the gate 12 through which the molten resin flows upward from the sprue 11 located away from the cavity surface, as shown in FIG. It is preferable to fill 23'. The molten resin 23' flows into the identification member 2 in the cavity space.
When the identification member 22 is moved to cover the upper side of the base layer 21, as shown in FIG. can act to do so.

When the base 2 is further rotated by 90' after molding the surface layer side, the eject pin 10 of the core mold 3d protrudes from the lower position in FIG. 1, so that the base layer side 21 and the surface layer side 2
A decorative molded product 20 in which an identification member 22 is sandwich-molded between the base layer side 21 and the surface layer side 23, and the base layer side 21 and the surface layer side 23 are integrally molded.
It can be removed from the core mold 3d as follows.

In addition, the line pattern X2, such as a diamond cut, which is in sync with each other can be drawn within the plane of the identification pattern xI as well as on other planes, making it highly decorative. In addition, a boss portion 21b that is not visible from the front side as shown in FIG. 9 can be integrally molded on the back side, so the stud bolt 24 must be fixed to the boss portion 21b so that it can be attached as a fixture to the object to be attached. can.

したことを特徴とする装飾成形品の製造方法。(1) When injection molding a decorative molded product that has a colored and opaque base layer side that can be seen from the surface side and an identification pattern of a different color tone, either the surface layer side or the base layer side is shaped with unevenness on one side. After temporarily fixing the sheet-like identification member to the desired position on the uneven surface, the sheet-like identification member is molded onto the uneven surface by the flow pressure in the cavity of the molten resin that is laminated and molded as the base layer side or surface layer side. The identification pattern is sandwiched between the surface layer side and the base layer side using the identification member, and the surface layer side and the base layer side are formed integrally with each other by being aligned and adhered to the uneven surface.
