Claims (3)

1. Boîte pliante destinée à recevoir des sacs en matière plastique (14) enroulés en bobine, la boîte pliante présentant comme sections pliantes une paroi avant (1), un fond (2), une paroi arrière (3), un couvercle (4) et une languette de fermeture (5), la languette de fermeture (5) recouvrant la paroi avant (1) jusqu'au fond (2), et prévoyant une bande à déchirer (8) dégageant une ouverture de prélèvement (12) et un dispositif d'arrachage (13) des sacs en matière plastique (14) perforés perpendiculairement au sens de déroulement, caractérisée en ce que :
a) le dispositif d'arrachage (13), sous la forme d'une languette d'arrachage (13) sensiblement trapézoïdale pour les sacs en matière plastique (14) munis en leur milieu perpendiculairement au sens de déroulement d'une fente d'accrochage (16), est prévu dans la région médiane du bord inférieur de l'ouverture de prélèvement (12),
b) la languette de fermeture (5) est collée avec la paroi avant (1) dans la zone comprise entre le fond (2) et la bande à déchirer (8),
c) la partie de la paroi avant (1) qui est située au-dessus du bord inférieur de l'ouverture de prélèvement (12) est assemblée au reste du matériau de la paroi avant par le seul intermédiaire d'un bord de pliage (10) affaibli, et peut être rabattue à l'intérieur de la boîte pliante,
d) la partie rabattable (9) de la paroi avant (1) a une longueur inférieure à la longueur totale de la paroi avant (1), de sorte qu'est formée de chaque côté frontal une languette de maintien (11) pour la partie supérieure de la languette de fermeture (5) qui reste une fois enlevée la bande à déchirer (8).
2. Boîte pliante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bord de pliage (19) se trouve au niveau du bord de délimitation inférieur de la bande à déchirer (8).
