Abstract

Avant la formation de la cannelure (5) entre deux pinces (1, 2), la bande de matière (3) est munie d'une encoche transversale (8) à l'endroit destiné à constituer la tête de la cannelure. La présence de cette encoche a pour effet de diminuer la force (Fk) et la pression (Pk) nécessaires pour plier le matériau. En outre, cette encoche diminue la sensibilité à la corrosion de la tête (7) de la cannelure.

Claims (4)

1 - Procédé de fabrication des corps en bande de tôle munis de cannelures fermées (5) dans lequel chaque cannelure (5) est formée par pliage d'un morceau de bande (3) de longueur déterminée, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le formage des cannelures (5) on realise, au moins à l'un des emplacements de pliage prévus aux extrémités des branches (9, 10) des cannelures, pour le formage des cannelures (5), une entaille (8, 11, 12) ménagée dans la surface de la tôle dans le sens de la longueur des cannelures et en ce que la bande de tôle entaillée, serrée des deux côtés est ensuite pliée exclusivement par l'action d'une force de pliage (Fk) orientée transversalement par rapport à l'entaille (8, 11, 12).
2 - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entaille (8) est realisée à l'emplacement de pliage prévu au niveau de la tête (7) de la cannelure.
3 - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entaille (11, 12) est realisée aux emplacements de pliage prévus au niveau du pied de la cannelure.
4 - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le formage des cannelures (5), les branches (9, 10) de la cannelure sont inclinées en forme de versants de toit, par exemple par serrage du morceau de bande (3) dans des dispositifs de serrage (1, 2) utilisés pour l'exécution de l'opération de pliage.
