Claims (6)

1. Broyeur à marteaux, nostamment pour le broyage de vieux matériaux, constitué par une enveloppe, qui comporte une ouverture d'entrée et dans laquelle tourne un rotor à marteaux monté horizontalement sur des paliers, par un puits de rebondissement qui se trouve au-dessus du rotor à marteaux et est disposé tangentiellement par rapport à la direction de rotation du rotor, et par une grille de sortie des matériaux, qui ferme le puits de rebondissement et est orientée transversalement par rapport à l'axe de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que la grille de sortie (14, 21, 26) est montée de manière à pouvoir être déplacée dans différentes position et est reliée à un dispositif de commande (15, 22, 32), de telle manière que les sections des ouvertures de la grille de sortie qui permettent le passage des matériaux dans la direction de sa projection soient déplacées pour modifier la grosseur et/ou la compacité des matériaux broyés.
2. Broyeur à marteaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la grille de sortie est montée sur paliers de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe (14a, 21 a, 26a).
3. Broyeur à marteaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la grille de sortie (21,26) est incurvée en arc et recouvre obliquement le puits de rebondissement (13).
4. Broyeur à marteaux selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par une grille de sortie (26) divisée en au moins deux parties, dont l'une, la partie de grille (28) la plus proche de l'axe de pivotement (26a), peut pivoter d'une manière indépendante.
5. Broyeur à marteaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de grille (28) qui peut pivoter d'une manière indépendante se trouve dans la zone d'éjection tangentielle (T) du rotor à marteaux (4).
6. Procédé de broyage, notamment de vieux matériaux, au moyen d'un broyeur à marteaux selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel des morceaux des matériaux qui y sont amenés sont séparés et projetés contre une grille de sortie, caractérisé en ce que les sections des ouvertures de la grille de sortie qui permettent le passage des matériaux dans la direction de leur projection sont déplacées, pour modifier la grosseur et/ou la compacité des matériaux broyés, de préférence en fonction de la grosseur de morceaux des matériaux séparés du côté entrée.
