Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tischdeckenunterlage mit den im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen.
  • Durch die DE-A-2130 117 ist eine Tischdeckenunterlage mit den im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen bekannt geworden, die eine rutschhemmende Wirkung hat und wasserdicht ist.
  • Durch die vorliegende Erfindung soll die Tischdeckenunterlage nicht nur an der Tischfläche gegen Verrutschen gesichert sein, sondern soll darüberhinaus die Tischdecke an der Unterlagen gegen Verrutschen besonders gut sichern und auch bei längerem Gebrauch glatt anliegend halten. Die Tischdecke soll weder Wellen bilden, noch auf der Unterlage wandern. Die Haftwirkung soll so groß sein, daß eine auf der Unterlage liegende und mit einigen Gegenständen, z. B. Geschirrteilen beschwerte Decke von einem Kleinkind nicht vom Tisch gezogen werden kann. Die Tischdeckenunterlage wirkt somit auch als Unfallschutz. Schließlich soll die Unterlage selbst als Tischdecke zu verwenden sein, also ein ansprechendes Aussehen haben und-auch dann noch gut aussehen, wenn sie nur teilweise abgedeckt wird, z. B. durch Sets oder eine Tischdecke, die kleiner ist als die Tischfläche.
  • All dies zugleich wird durch die Erfindung nach Anspruch 1 erreicht.
  • Während man beim elektrostatischen Beflocken von Kunststoffgrundwaren mit einigem Aufwand dafür sorgt, daß die Flockfasern parallel zueinander und senkrecht stehend eingeschossen werden, wird hier das genaue Gegenteil gemacht, nämlich die elektrostatische Einschußvorrichtung so eingestellt, daß die Fasern auf der Grundware unter verschiedenen Neigungen verankert werden, und zwar ohne eine Vorzugsrichtung. Es ergibt sich damit eine wirre Anordnung der Flockfasern, ein sogenannter « Wirrflock •.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2-5 dargestellt.
  • Besonders gute Ergebnisse werden nach Anspruch 2 dann erzielt, wenn die FLockfasern mit der Grundware Winkel von mindestens 30° einschließen, da dann praktisch alle Fasern an der Verankerung beteiligt sind, während flacher eingeschossene Fasern hierzu kaum noch in der Lage wären.
  • Nach Anspruch 3 läßt sich die Haftwirkung des Wirrflocks erhöhen. Schneidet man Fasern mit einem stumpfen Messer, so ergeben sich durch dieses quetschende Schneiden Quervorsprünge. Dies wird normalerweise vermieden, hier aber bewußt hervorgerufen.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen erläutert.
    • Figur 1 zeigt im Querschnitt ein Stück einer Tischdeckenunterlage nach der Erfindung, wobei die Dicke in etwa sechs facher Vergrößerung dargestellt ist.
    • Figur 2 zeigt in Seitenansicht und in sehr starker Vergrößerung das eine Ende einer Flockfaser.
    • Figur 3 ist in ebenfalls sehr starker Vergrößerung eine Draufsicht auf das eine Ende dieser Flockfaser.
    • Figur 4 zeigt eine entsprechende Draufsicht auf das eine Ende einer trilobalen Flockfaser.
  • Die Tischdeckenunterlage nach Figur 1 hat eine untere Lage 1 aus geschäumtem, vorzugsweise geschlossenporigem Kunststoff, insbesondere PVC, und eine obere Lage 2 aus dem gleichen Material. Dazwischen befindet sich eine Armierung 3 aus textilem Material. Die obere Lage 2 trägt oben eine Klebstoffschicht 4, in die die Flockfasern 6 unter verschiedenen Neigungen eingeschossen sind, so daß sich ein Wirrflock ergibt.
  • Die Winkel, die die einzelnen Flockfasern mit der Klebstoffschicht 4 einschließen, betragen mindestens 30°.
  • Die Lage 1 wird durch Aufschäumung und durch eine weiche Einstellung des Kunststoffmaterials mit Hilfe von Weichmachern rutschhemmend gemacht. Diese Wirkung kann noch durch eine Profilierung 7 der Lage 1 erhöht werden.
  • Die Flockfasern haben eine Länge von etwa 2 mm und eine Feinheit von 3-4 dtex. Die Flockfasern können einen runden (Fig. 3), einen trilobalen (Fig. 4) oder einen andersartigen Querschnitt haben.
  • Die Flockfasern werden mit einem stumpfen Messer geschnitten, so daß sie beim Schneiden gequetscht werden. Dann ergeben sich an den Faserenden Quervorsprünge 8 in Figur 2 bis 4. Die Quervorsprünge steigern die Haftwirkung des Wirrflocks an einer Tischdecke.
  • Beim elektrostatischen Einschießen wird die noch ungeschäumte Grundware, d. h. die Lagen 1 und 2 mit Armierung 3 mit einer Klebstoffschicht 4 versehen, und dann werden die Flockfasern eingeschossen. Hierbei haben sich folgende Maßnahmen bzw. Werte als geeignet erwiesen :
  • Es wird schon bei Beginn des Beflockungsvorganges eine große Menge Fasern zugeführt.
  • Der Abstand von einer Dosiervorrichtung und der Klebstoffschicht 4, d. h. die Flugstrecke der Flockfasern, wird relativ klein gemacht und beträgt z. B. 12 cm.
  • Es wird eine hohe Spannung von z. B. 80 kV gewählt.
  • Es wird besonders stark gerüttelt.
  • Im Anschluß an das elektrostatische Einschießen wird die Grundware geschäumt.

Claims (5)

1. Tischdeckenunterlage mit einer flächenhaften Grundware (1, 2) aus geschäumtem, rutschhemmendem Kunststoff, deren eine Oberfläche glatt oder profiliert (7) ist und die eine Armierung (3) aus Textilmaterial enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die andere Oberfläche der Grundware Flockfasern (6) unter verschiedenen Neigungen in verschiedenen Richtungen elektrostatisch eingeschossen sind.
2. Tischdeckenunterlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flockfasern (6) Winkel von mindestens 30° mit der Grundware einschliessen.
3. Tischdeckenunterlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flockfasern (6) an ihren Enden durch quetschendes Schneiden entstandene Quervorsprünge (8) aufweisen.
4. Tischdeckenunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flockfasern (6) eine Länge von etwa 2 mm und eine Feinheit von 3 bis 4 dtex haben.
5. Tischdeckenunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flockfasern (6) einen trilobalen Querschnitt haben.
