Claims (10)

1. Emballage à bouteilles, se composant d'un casier à bouteilles en matière plastique, pourvu de rangées rectilignes d'emplacements de bouteilles (10), sans parois de division et à l'intérieur duquel sont disposés des corps d'espacement en forme de colonnes, fixés sur son fond, orientés perpendiculairement à ce fond et placés dans des volumes libres existant entre les emplacements de bouteilles, ainsi que d'emballages en carton (18) qui peuvent être mis en place dans le casier, recevant au moins une rangée de bouteilles et dans les fonds desquels sont ménagés des trous (19) pour le passage des corps d'espacement, caractérisé par la combinaison des particularités suivantes:
a) dans chaque rangée, orientée parallèlement aux parois frontales (1), d'emplacements de bouteilles (10), les emplacements de bouteilles (10) sont définis par les corps d'espacements (5) en forme de colonnes avec un espacement de 0,5 à 1,5 mm.
b) Chaque corps d'espacement se compose de deux colonnes (5) symétriques l'une par rapport à l'autre, espacées l'une de l'autre, se terminant en haut par des surfaces en forme de toit et qui sont disposées dans des parties d'angle opposées du volume libre existant entre respectivement quatre emplacements de bouteilles respectifs (10) de telle sorte que les volumes intermédiaires entre respectivement deux colonnes (5) d'une paire de colonnes soient situés sur une droite imaginaire (11) qui s'étend entre deux rangées d'emplacements de bouteilles (10).
c) Chaque colonne (5) est formée de parois coudées l'une par rapport à l'autre avec un angle obtus.
d) Chaque colonne (5) comporte en section droite trois coins parmi lesquels deux coins sont disposés sur le côté de la colonne (5) de la paire qui est tourné vers la colonne adjacente de ladite paire tandis que le troisième coin est situé sur une droite imaginaire (22) qui est orientée perpendiculairement à la droite de jonction des deux autres coins, et chaque coin est pourvu d'un bourrelet (15,16).
e) En avant de chaque paroi frontale (1) est disposée une rangée de colonnes (5) placées séparément et qui coïncident avec les rangées de paires de colonnes à l'intérieur du casier.
f) Les coins du casier à bouteilles sont agencés comme des colonnes d'angle creuses, dont la paroi inférieure continue (2) entoure partiellement des emplacements de bouteilles placés dans l'angle et adjacents à une paroi longitudinale.
g) Chaque support de bouteilles en carton est arrondi dans ses coins verticaux au moins dans sa zone de fond et comporte des pattes (20) qui s'appliquent, au moins dans la zone de fond, contre les bouteilles d'angle ou les bouteilles d'extrémité du côté frontal du support.
6. Emballage à bouteilles selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les colonnes d'angle du casier à bouteilles dépassent supérieurement le bord supérieur des parois latérales (1, 2) et/ou dépassent inférieurement le bord inférieur des parois latérales et le fond.
7. Emballage à bouteilles selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les colonnes d'angle sont fermées supérieurement par un gradin, dirigé vers l'intérieur, à partir de l'épaisseur de paroi des colonnes d'angle et qui se prolonge en une plaque orientée transversalement.
8. Emballage à bouteilles selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque colonne (5) ayant un profil anguleux en section droite est constituée de deux parois (14) coudées avec un angle obtus l'une par rapport à l'autre et qui se rejoignent selon un angle aigu du côté opposé du volume libre (6) existant entre deux colonnes (5) d'une paire de colonnes.
9. Emballage à bouteilles selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un évidement étroit et allongé (17) dans au moins une paroi (14) de la colonne 5.
10. Emballage à bouteilles selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur chaque paroi longitudinale (2) deux paires de nervures (12) qui délimitent des volumes intermédiaires entourés par elles coïncidant avec la rangée de volume intermédiaire (6) existant entre les paires de colonnes (5).
