Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Spule (1), die eine Trommel (2), auf welche das Produkt (3) wie zum Beispiel Kabelmaterial aufgewickelt wird, und zwei kreisförmige Flansche (4) aufweist, die an deren Peripherie mit einer zylinderförmigen Bandage (7) versehen sind, nach welchem Bandeisen (12), das in transversaler Richtung derart geformt bzw. verformt ist, daß die Randstreifen (14) ues Bandeisens (12) in eine Ebene gebracht werden, die parallel zur Ebene des des mittleren Bereichs (13) des Bandeisen (12) liegt und in bezug auf die Außenfläche des mittleren Bereichs (13) des Bandeisens (12) vorspringend angeordnet ist, um die Spule herumgerollt wird und die Randstreifen (14) an den Bandagen (7) befestigt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bandeisen, das zunächst nur transversal verformt ist, die Bandage (7) der Flansche (4) tangierend festgehalten wird, daß das Bandeisen dann unter elastischer Verformung in Längsrichtung schrittweise ausgerollt wird und die Kanten (14) je nach Bewicklung an der Bandage (7) der Flansche derart festgelegt werden, daß sich der mittlere Bereich des Bandeisens (12) nach außen wölbt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, nach welchem eine Spule ausgebildet wird, deren Bandagen (7) jeweils die Form eines zylindrischen Mantels aufweisen, der über die Außenfläche des betreffenden Flansches (4) hinausragt, und daß ein Bandeisen (12) verwendet wird, dessen Randstreifen (14) sich unter Bildung eines Randes (20) jeweils über die Außenkanten der Bandagen erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Rand je nach Bewicklung des Bandeisens nicht nur gegen die Kante der Bandage gebördelt, sondern auch unter der Kante dieser Bandage (7) befestigt wird.
3. Bandeisen (12) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses vor dem durch elastische Verformung erfolgenden Ausrollen um die Spule herum aus einem Stück gebildet ist, das insgesamt eine längliche Rechteckform aufweist.
4. Bandeisen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Bereich (13) von jedem seiner Randstreifen (14) durch einen umgekehrten Doppelfalz (15, 16) getrennt ist, der zwischen sich eine schräg verlaufende Flanke (17) abgrenzt.
