Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour l'introduction d'une tête (17) de fausse barre (14) dans la lingotière en continu d'une installation de coulée continue horizontale, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose la lingotière (4) hors de l'installation de coulée continue et qu'on la dresse verticalement, puisque l'on enfile dans la lingotière (4) la tête (17) de la fausse barre, séparée de cette fausse barre (14) et qu'on la fixe dans cette position par rapport à la lingotière ; en ce qu'ensuite on pose dans l'installation de coulée continue, et qu'en particulier on fixe à une cuve distributrice (1) la lingotière (4) en même temps que la tête de la fausse barre (17) qui y est fixée ; et en ce qu'alors on accouple la tête (17) de la fausse barre avec la fausse barre (14) située dans le guidage de la barre, puis que l'on supprime la fixation (22) de la tête (17) de la fausse barre.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 avec une lingotière (4) équipée d'au moins un postrefroidisseur (10), caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose le postrefroidisseur (10) en même temps que la lingotière (4) dans le but d'introduire la tête (17) de la fausse barre.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on fixe la tête (17) de la fausse barre au postrefroidisseur (17) au moyen d'une broche (22).
4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on accouple la tête de la fausse barre (17) à la fausse barre (14) au moyen d'une broche conique de liaison (29) qui traverse ces deux pièces.
5. Installation de coulée continue horizontale pour l'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comportant une cuve distributrice (1), une lingotière en continu (4) montée, de façon amovible, à son ouverture de coulée (3), un dispositif de postrefroidissement (10) comprenant des plaques de refroidissement (11) qui y sont raccordées, une fausse barre et une tête (17) de fausse barre présentant une garniture d'étanchéité (18), caractérisée en ce que la tête (17) de la fausse barre présente une extension longitudinale supérieure à celle du dispositif de postrefroidissement (10) étant précisé qu'une extrémité pénètre dans le volume creux (9) de la lingotière et que l'autre extrémité peut être accouplée, en dehors du dispositif de postrefroidissement (18), avec la fausse barre (14) ; et étant précisé qu'il est prévu un dispositif de fixation (22) pour la tête de la fausse barre introduite dans la lingotière.
