Claims (11)

1. Dispositif pour l'assemblage de documents en bandes superposées, transportées en continu, en particulier des formulaires en bandes, au moyen de bandelettes d'un ruban autocollant repliées sur les bords extérieurs des bandes de formulaires et qui sont jointes à travers les trous existants en bordure des formulaires, ou au moyen de bandelettes d'agrafage qui traversent les perforations existant en bordure des bandes et se ferment à l'extérieur de celles-ci, ou au moyen de petites languettes en U qui chacune traverse une des perforations existant en bordure des bandes et dont les extrémités sont collées sur les surfaces extérieures des bandes superposées, avec un rouleau de réserve de ruban autocollant, des rouleaux d'entraînement pour le ruban autocollant, et un couteau pour la coupe du ruban autocollant en bandelettes, respectivement pour d'autres matériaux d'agrafage, qui sont logés dans un carter lui-même situé au-dessus des bandes de formulaires, caractérisé en ce que le carter (3) est mobile sur un axe perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement de la bande, et que sa vitesse périphérique mesurée au point le plus extérieur du couteau (20), qui a simultanément la fonction d'appliquer les bandelettes (4), au moment de l'application des bandelettes (4), respectivement des matériaux d'agrafage par languettes (9), qui est consécutive au déplacement du couteau, est identique à la vitesse de transport des bandes de formulaires, ou à une fraction (1/4, 1/3, 1/2) ou un multiple entier de cette vitesse (2, 3,4).
2. Dispositif suivant revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique du carter (3) peut être ajustée à l'aide d'un mécanisme de changement de vitesse.
3. Dispositif suivant revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique du carter (3) est ajustable par degré ou de manière continue à l'aide de mécanismes d'entraînement par palier, débrayables, réglables, ou à commande à came.
4. Dispositif suivant revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs rouleaux de réserve (17) de rubans autocollants pour l'alimentation du ruban autocollant (19) nécessaire pour la réalisation des points de jonction équipent le carter (3).
5. Dispositif suivant revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rubans autocollants (19) en provenance des rouleaux de réserve (17) de rubans autocollants rangés sur le tourillon (38) sont interchangeables et conduits à l'aide des guides d'orientation (36, 37).
6. Dispositif suivant revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'entraînement (18) pour le transport du ruban autocollant (19) sont entraînés par l'action de la came (24) à profil prédéterminé par l'intermédiaire du levier (22) et de la roue libre (21).
7. Dispositif suivant revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'entraînement sont entraînés de préférence d'une manière continue à l'aide d'organes de transmission mécanique (32 à 35).
8. Dispositif suivant revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs couteaux (20) pour la découpe des bandelettes du ruban autocollant (4), respectivement du matériau d'agrafage par languettes (9), sont commandés au moyen d'une came à rainure (29) par l'intermédiaire de broches (26) et de douilles (27).
9. Dispositif suivant revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que à la partie supérieure ou inférieure du carter (3) est prévu un contre-rouleau (5) qui a un bord surélevé étroit (31) du côté du bord de la bande de formulaires, tandis que les couteaux (20) ont des encoches (30) à l'endroit opposé au bord (31).
10. Dispositif suivant revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que en dessous des bords des bandes de formulaires (1) sont prévus des rebords (6) qui sont d'un côté taillés en biseau.
11. Dispositif suivant revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que derrière les rebords (6) des dispositifs rotatifs de mise sous pression (7, 8) sont prévus, lesquels compriment les extrémités des bandelettes des rubans d'agrafage ou autocollants (4) dans la zone des trous estampés.
