Claims (15)

1. Procédé de fabrication en continu de boîtes pliantes comportant une fenêtre collée de prise en feuille flexible, en particulier en feuille de plastique, dans lequel des découpes pliantes prédécoupées (1) sont pourvues d'une couche de colle et sur cette couche de colle est collée une feuille flexible sur laquelle est tracée l'ouver- ture/fenêtre prévue, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille flexible est dévidée sous forme de bande non découpée (2) d'un rouleau alimentaire (3), il y est tracé l'ouverture/fenêtre, elle est coupée à la longueur, puis elle est collée sur les découpes pliantes (1), les opérations se déroulant en liaison active d'entraînement.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le tracé est fait sur la bande de feuille (2) par un cylindre tournant à forme de découpage (4), puis la bande de feuille est coupée en morceaux de longueur fixée par un couteau tournant (5) et un couteau fixe (6), et que les morceaux sont appliqués chacun, par un cylindre (7), sur une découpe pliante (1) pourvue d'une couche de colle.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'une dépression est entretenue dans le cylindre (7), qui est pourvu sur sa surface/enveloppe d'ouvertures de passage d'air.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que la colle est appliquée au moyen d'un cylindre porte-cliché tournant (8).
5. Dispositif pour la fabrication en continu de boîtes pliantes comportant une fenêtre collée de prise en feuille flexible, en particulier en feuille de plastique, comportant un dispositif de transport (9) pour le transport des découpes pliantes prédécoupées (1), un dispositif d'encollage (8, 21, 22) au moyen duquel les découpes pliantes prédécoupées sont pourvues d'une couche de colle, un magasin à feuille (3) d'où une bande de feuille (2) est dévidée et conduite à un dispositif de coupe (10, 5, 6) dans lequel elle est coupée en morceaux destinés à fermer la fenêtre de prise, et un dispositif de transfert (7) au moyen duquel les morceaux de feuille sont appliqués sur les découpes pliantes encollées, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre le dispositif de coupe (10, 5, 6) et le magasin à feuille (3) est inséré un dispositif de traçage (4, 18) au moyen duquel des ouvertures de prise allant dans les ouvertures/fenêtres des découpes pliantes sont tracées sur la bande de feuille non découpée (2) dévidée du magasin à feuille (3), et que le dispositif de traçage (4, 18) est lié en entraînement aux autres parties du dispositif.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de traçage (4, 18) est accouplé en entraînement au dispositif de coupe (10, 5, 6).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de coupe (10, 5, 6) est constitué d'un couteau tournant (5) et d'un couteau fixe (6), que le dispositif de traçage est un cylindre tournant à forme de découpage (4) qui coopère avec un contre-rouleau (18), et que sur le couteau tournant (5) est monté un pignon de commande (10) qui entraîne un pignon (11) prévu sur le cylindre à forme de découpage(4).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre le pignon de commande (10) et le pignon mené (11) est placé un pignon intermédiaire (13) monté sur un arbre intermédiaire (12) et en prise avec le pignon de commande (10) et le pignon mené (11).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre à forme de découpage (4) est monté de manière amovible dans deux coulisseaux (14).

Dispositif selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé par le fait que les coulisseaux (14) sont montés dans des guides à coulisse (17) qui peuvent basculer autour de l'axe (19) du contre- rouleau (18) associé au cylindre à forme de découpage (4) de façon que le pignon mené (11) puisse être mis en prise avec le pignon intermédiaire (13) et dégagé de ce pignon.
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le magasin à feuille est un rouleau alimentaire (3).
12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de transfert est formé d'un cylindre à vide (7) qui présente sur sa surface/enveloppe des ouvertures par où agit une dépression pour l'aspiration des morceaux de feuille coupés par le dispositif de coupe (10, 5, 6).
13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'encollage comprend un rouleau porte-cliché (8) qui est alimenté en colle à partir d'un réservoir (22) par l'intermédiaire d'un rouleau en- ducteur (21).
14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de transport est une bande transporteuse (9) qui passe sous le dispositif d'encollage (8, 21, 22).
15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre le magasin à feuille (3) et le dispositif de traçage (4, 18) sont placés des rouleaux d'avance qui dévident la bande de feuille (2) du magasin à feuille (3) et la conduisent au dispositif de traçage (4, 18).
